This was by far the worst customer service Ive ever had. When I called to place my order they were rude, but I let that go because most Chinese food restaurants dont talk too much when they take your order. I get my food and its almost cold, the "chicken" was more the texture of tofu and had no sauce on it, all the sauce was WATER in the bottom of the container. It was like they dumped an entire container of salt in the food. The rice was sogy and slimy. Literally the worst "Chinese" food Ive ever tried to eat. So when I called to make a complaint and get a refund the lady (who I later learned was co owner) was so rude and told me if I want a refund I have to drive up there and get it and hung up on me, then ignored my call 7 times in a row. I go up there to get my refund and at first she takes the food from me and complains that I ate a piece of crab ragoon(I also ate 2 pieces of the disgusting chicken) she is still refusing, telling me that the owner has to be there to do that. I told her that she was now stealing my money because she had my product and still hadnt given me a refund. After 10 minutes of her yelling at me, ignoring me like a child, and recording my talking- the "owner" finally comes in (its the guy who delivered the food.) the hadnt even processed my payment yet. He was just as rude, telling me the product is different at each location, I told him this product isnt just different its uneatable and I shouldnt have to pay for microwaved trash. Finally they cooperated. I was so mad, I sighed a void sheet and walked out. I went to the Great Wall on Keystone and Hannah && had the complete opposite experience, food was cooked fresh in front of me and the customer service was excellent. I really wish I had taken a picture of each meal because the difference was crazy, what Im eating from the other location is definitely chicken and definitely cooked all the way through.

I usually dont write reviews on places but BEWARE do not order from here. Choose the other Great Wall thats four minutes away from UIndy. It took them close to two hours to deliver my food. The manager hung up in my face twice after I called to see the progress on my order. The delivery guy expected me to meet him in the rain to retrieve my food because he wanted to stay in his car. Hell no. Then they got my order wrong ! The one thing I was really craving was their Hunan beef and it tasted like complete trash!!! I will NOT order from here again and I advise everyone else to seek elsewhere. I ordered from the other Great Wall and they were great!!!!

I will never order from this place again. I ordered and they brought me the wrong chicken. I ordered general tso and they gave me orange chicken. I called back, at the time I understood it was just a little mistake. When I told them the mix up they said its the same sauce just with orange peels in it. Excuse me? General tso and orange chicken are completely different. They demanded it wasnt and did not bring me the right food, I paid for! If you want to order, order at your own risk. You will probably order beef and broccoli, get chicken and broccoli, and they will say ITS THE SAME THING. Disgusting.

I ordered takeout twenty minutes before this place closed, which I know is annoying to some restaurant employees. The people here however were still friendly and told me to take my time. Ive been here a few times and theyre always friendly. I got the szechuan chicken, crab Rangoon, pork egg rolls and hot and sour soup. For the most part, everything was good and tasted freshly made. The only thing negative I would say was that the soup broth was thick and oozy. I gave the great wall a 4/5 stars for friendliness and taste compared to similar restaurants.

Do NOT order from this place. They messed up our order. We asked if the food came with white rice and she said it did. We did not receive our rice which is no big deal we called and told her but was yelled at on the phone in Chinese and was told that they put the rice in the bag. We were on the phone for 20 minutes arguing with her about the rice really not being in the bag before she said hell be there and hung up on us. We spent $60 with a good tip and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service is worse than the food. And dont ask for extra soy sauce. The lady working will freak out on you. She said I give u 5 and the food is already salted you dont need more. I asked again for a couple more soy packets. She said no I cant give u more. You have enough!. I said I like a lot of soy in my food. She said well you cant have it. So I told her Id go over to Kroger and buy a bottle of soy sauce. I even offered to buy some more packets. But she refused! Wth really!

Unlike Chinese food places that have a buffet, this small family resteraunt makes all food to order. They have very affordable lunch specials. The food is always fresh. I like to watch them make it. Very nice people, love their soups especially the house special soup. Not as fast as some similar places, but well worth it. They dont pull your order off of a buffet!

My husband and I ordered food from this restaurant. It tasted like it was frozen and old. Went there to give my complain and got yelled by the owners saying that if I dont like it dont come back again , ets . These people didnt have any manners or knew anything about customer service .. Will NEVER be eating again... We recomend to no one

The most ridiculous customer service. The food was the worst i have ever seen. Old and cold. The meat was questionable. Wouldnt except or honor their own coupon. Offered to take every piece of food they gave me back to them for my money but was hung up on. Went over their heads and got it back. Yuck never again.

Food is avarage at best. Definitely wont knock your socks off. The interior of the place needs a lot of work I wouldnt do a meeting inside, but as a takeout place its good enough
