This is a really great restaurant if you want a good home cooked meal without paying an arm and a leg. My husband and I went just to try something new and we were amazed. We ordered an appetizer, main course and a desert and we paid under $25 for both of us. And the serving sizes are unreal. I can never finish my entire plate. I love it and my friends and family whom Ive taken loved it. I didnt give it an excellent only because there are a few waitresses that are borderline rude. My first time there we sat for 30 mins before our waitress realized our food was sitting, waiting to be served to us. Then she came to the table and told us she was going home and gave us a new waitress. Luckily, the second waitress was MUCH better than the first!

It makes me sad to rate so poorly a place Ive been coming for so long. Unfortunately in the years that Ive been coming here Ive seen the food quality dip dramatically and the prices go up. Ive seen how they go through managers and how they go through wait staff. Ive tried to be loyal but my girlfriend said enough is enough, the food sucks, the only redeeming quality is the lemon rice soup. And shes right, the soup is as good as ever and its the only real reason I still come here (with people other than my girlfriend mind you). If youre an old fart who cant taste anything anyway or its past midnight and youre looking to eat something other than taco bell than this is your place. Otherwise, you can find much better food elsewhere.

Food was good but listening to the manager, Joann, yell to workers that were 15 feet from her was disturbing & disrespectful to both customers & waitstaff. When I approached her quietly & discreetly, she said its cuz her voice is loud. I informed her that she should go to the workers & speak to them personally rather than having the whole restaurant hear her rude words something like, "you better start prepping for tomorrow cuz Im not gonna let anyone go until its done. (The more servers with fewer customers means less $ for servers as they will each have a table rather than 1 server having several tables). Id call that a threat! My 5 year old even questioned why the woman was yelling. So sad!

Ive been a returning patron of this restaurant for 10+ years and the service has always been top notch. There were renovations done within the last few years that make the dining area a bit claustrophobic compared to before, but the food is still great. Their hot wings are better than any other place Ive been to, by far. Heading northbound from the parking lot can a pain due to traffic and the "No left turn" from the parking lot onto Martha St.. I recently ordered carry-out and the gentleman who brought out my order was very kind and thorough. He indicated which items were in each container and gave a firm and friendly handshake to boot. Ill definitely continue frequenting this business.

I love their food but their customer service is horrible a lot of times!! They didnt fill the soup up it was half full!! They messed up on my order too many times without any compensation. They pick and choose when they want to put extra rolls in the bag, tonight they charged me for extra rolls when Ive never been charged before for extra rolls. I had to waste gas tonight to drive all the way back because I wasnt pleased with my order. Poor management on duty tonight!!! Barely gave me any fries, and the manager was not apologetic for my order complaint! Manager was in a rush to get off the phone!! Tonight made me not wanna eat at round the clock again!!!

My roommate and I picked a restaurant at random in the Highland, in area and were pleasantly surprised with Round the Clock restaurant. Everything was simply amazing. Parking is great, the restaurant was clean. The service was fast, very large portion sizes and the food was fresh and prepared properly. Our waitress even put in the extra effort to find my roommate the coffee creamer she liked. And then at the end, the bill came. We were so surprised by the more than reasonable price. Will definitely make this a habit.

DO NOT GO HEAR the manager is rude I mean she was nasty to me no one should be treated like that. they also charge for pickels Im not going to pay a dollar more on by bill just to get two Spears of pickels do your shelf a favor and dont not go here. Miner Dunn is jyst around the corner and they have better food than they do. But if you like to get screamed at and make you feel like youre worthless definitely go here. She was very lucky I did not contact the owner I didnt want her to lose her job.

The good is good, but the service before 8am is freekin awefull. There is a waitress that does the bare minimum....no salt on the table....no sugar...no ketchup....and when You ask her, forget it, she never comes back to the table. Oh, she wont ask what kind of toast or muffin you want because she has to toast it herself. I asked for my toast and she was mad I asked, then she never brought it. I complained...I wont be back simply because The cashier last didnt even care herself.

Ive been patronizing this establishment for years now, and my experience is always the same; outstanding service, friendly people, great atmosphere and good food. If something is not to your liking, just let them know. But Ive never had to let them know anything other than how much I love the place. I even have a favorite waitress; Karen...shes THE BEST! If you visit on her off day, request Linda H., who is also great. Enjoy, enjoy!

My experience was horrible. There was dust and spiderwebs all over the restaurant. We were constantly served warm water. The pies we were served were warm and half of the pie was cream. We found a leaf in the banana cream pie which didnt even taste anything like banana cream pie. The fork we received was dirty to go along with the pie. The server was great though. We will be going to the round the clock in Schererville more often.

Great family oriented atmosphere! Fantastic prices..soups, desserts, and entree all included in a low price....friendly atmosphere...great variety of great tasting food!! I take ntt family there all the time and have a regular server we go to her name is jessica, awesome service,i highly recommend the resturant and our regular server, fantastic specials everyday, soups are amazing!

I love the hot chocolate. I cant leave here without one. I could never finish an entire dish, and I almost always have to take home my dessert which comes with the meals. Food is flavorful, atmosphere is warm, people are usually quiet. Perfect place for our family to get together, the menu offers a bit of everything for my family so we can all enjoy a dish of our choice.

Went here with the Inlaws from Chicago for Easter Diner. The Place was Nice, Server was attentive and Friendly. Food was Good, we had Fried Chicken diner that comes with 2 sides, a choice of soup or Salad and to my Surprise, a dessert also! For about $10.99 with lots of pie to choose from. Well defenitely will be back when we visit Indiana again.
