If I could give a zero star I would. I went there last night to grab a burger and some egg rolls. Upon getting home with my order I open my burger and its horribly put together. There is ketchup and mayo seeping out the side, and the piece of lettuce they threw on there was withered beyond repair. So I took the lettuce off and took a bite of the burger, only to look down in my box and see a dirty thumb tack. I immediately spit out the food. Like how does that even get into someones food. That is disgusting and ridiculous i will never eat there again. I called the next day to tell them about this error and though they apologize for this misshap they didnt seem to concern about the situation. I took a picture and do intend to posting it.

I feel bad for the people that found it dirty and slow and with bad service. We havent had jack in the box in 10 years because they dont have one in kansas but we just moved to Clarksville and went during the afternoon rush. The place was spotless, the prices were great, the food tasted fantastic, the service was extremely friendly, polite and very fast. We ordered food for 6 people and received it within 5 minutes of ordering and everything was spot on. If you had a bad experience then maybe it was an off day. Dont give up on it yet.

Today the service, or lack there of, was terrible! That entire staff working today was rude and unprofessional. The cashier looks at us and says...I cant take any more orders. Then the cook yells from the back and says... NO more orders. No reason as for what the issue was or how long it would take. We waited for 10 min and was told 5 times, we cant take any more orders. Besides us, the 6 people behind us left and so did 3 cars in the drive thru. Ive never seen anything like this before.

This place isnt far from my home. My husband used to crave it a lot, so Ive gone several times. The staff is awful. Understaffed. Incompetent. If you complain there is no follow up. The drive thru is a trap. You get stuck in line for far too long. At the window, I have waited 5 minutes to be merely acknowledged. Every time seems worse than the previous. The worst is when you spend 20 minutes and the order isnt even correct. Not even exaggerating. This place is horrible.

This location always has some problem. The first few times we went, they were "closed" even though we saw employees inside the building and it is supposed to be open 24/7. If they arent closed they are out of EVERYTHING. We went tonight and they were out of fries and all sofas. Joe was the man at the window and he was very rude. We got the wrong order and just left. I will not be returning. This place is a joke and completely ridiculous.

This place was horrible. The wait time was unbelievable. It store was nasty. The employees were stupid. The food order we waited forever was wrong, twice. Every customer in there were complaining of the same issues. My husband has food allergies. We asked what was the secret sauce and the employees say "We dont know!". This location needs a major over hall or shutdown. This was the Clarksville, TN location.

I havent eaten at a Jack in the Box for 20+ years. I decided to stop at the Clarksville, TN location for lunch. This place was slow and very dirty. Tables in the dining room were dirty and there was trash all over the floor behind the counter. The guy taking order inside didnt have a clue. Train your staff before you turn them loose on your customers. I wont be stopping here again.

the ice coffee is awesome ....... the lady that makes it for me adds ice cream to it .......to day I was told thats not how its to be made.... I explained to him that it is good this way .... if McDonalds ..... make ice coffee this way they would not be able to keep coffee in the building ............ please Put ice cream in the ice coffee

If I could give it a lower star than one I would. The floors was greasy. I waited on my food for 15 mins, when there was one other person in the store. The food I got was not even what I ordered. I ended up getting my money back and going somewhere else. I couldnt even get my receipt back to leave a review with the company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would , waiting 10 minutes to even get to the window , waited 7 minutes after the guy said " give me 2 seconds " just to be told " were doing a change of shift , come back in 10 minutes , EXTREMLY unprofessional , never going back . The other 2 cars infront of me left without their food .

Over cooked burgers and extremely poor presentation. Value for your money is a little bit lower than the dollar tree! When you ask the help to fix your food, try as they might, they only make it messier! 3 lbs of cheese dosent fix uncooked potatoes. I was actually saddened that this jack in the box too my money.

Nothing to write home about. I went with my best friend and her family. She didnt get the right order and her husband didnt like the food. I thought it was fine... Tasted like a burger. But it wasnt anything to write home about, as I said. They said that Johnnys Big Boy had a way better burger.

When training new employees there should be at least one good employee per new employee. A one to two ratio just isnt fair for anyone... Unless youre trying to train them to get orders wrong and take just under an hour to get two orders through.

Great service, our bag broke and the cook offered to recook everything for free, we abliged because nothing hit the floor... Very nice gesture. Food tasted great, first visit to a Jack In The Box, and I definitely would recommend it.

The food quality has decreased heavily in this location with an excessive wait for food while it is empty. Drink machine is spewing water all over the floor causing what appears to be a safety hazard if not also a health hazard

For last few months have been buying side salads for $1.59. Now they are $2.99! Almost double! Prices have been going up at this restaurant since its a franchise now in Clarksville on Dover Crossing and service has gone down!

Eh. The food had a off taste. I wanted to try the taco and the meat looked/was like gelatin. The burger wasnt as good as what I expected. I think something was rancid on the burger. Like bad mayo or something.

The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I was shocked when I ordered 3 burgers, curly fries and a iced coffee and the total was $7 and some change. The tacos are my favorite by far!!!!

First and last time at Jack in the box for us. Had to have 2/3 sandwiches remade. One was remade twice before it was right and it took us 38 minutes to minutes from the time we ordered until it was right.
