Filthy - from one end to the other. Unfortunately, I had a view of the kitchen. The lack of commitment to cleanliness was all too obvious, from the floor to the walls to the ceiling. The entire restaurant floor is all tile, and I would be surprised to learn that it had ever been professionally cleaned. The mens restroom has a tremendous stench of urine that reeks as if it remained from the last century. The dried urine was obvious everywhere in the vicinity of the urinals. My wife reports that the womens restroom was fine, but noted that the grate on the floor drain was loose and is a safety hazard. Lets discuss our food; the grilled catfish and the fried chicken were both hot and fresh tasting. Both were very good. Our choices of pinto beans, turnip greens, macaroni and cheese, and mashed potatoes, were all luke warm at best. All were tasty, though, as is customary from a Cracker Barrel. Ending thoughts; I will continue to enjoy Cracker Barrels - but I wont be returning to this one anytime soon.

We ate at Cracker Barrel in Seymour around 2:00 today. Service was good. We ordered the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. Our two plates of food came out with grease sitting in the plate surround all the food. We called the waitress back over ahad her take them back. When she brought them back, they hadnt put gravy on the potatoes and green beans were still grease soaked and meat was dry. Needless to say we ate very little and left. Ask where the manage was and no one came. Dont think we will go back for quite awhile. Not worth the price you have to pay.

I typically like Cracker Barrel but this location was slow on service (and there were only four other tables). When the waitress brought out our meals the toast was black...I mean black! It looked like they scraped off one side but left the bottom black. We commented and asked if she noticed that the toast was burnt and she replied that the toaster was new. Ummm, but the question is did you notice that the toast was burnt! She didnt offer to remake it. We ate what we could and left. Not one of the better Cracker Barrel experiences.

Food was better than my previous visit here, service was however; lacking and management appeared to be indifferent when I told them how my experience was. Previous visits to this location have been poor or fair, I will just go to another Cracker Barrel location from now on, enough is enough, certainly understand why turnover is high there, management isnt managing the business. Itll end up closed like Ryans...fair service, fair food, ineffective management. Will send corporate my concerns if they want to keep that location in business.

We had 7 people in our party and ordered a variety of food. The hush puppies, fried shrimp and biscuits were undercooked. The fried cod was almost all batter. The server brought a second plate of cod that was the same way. Had to ask the server numerous times for butter, jellies, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and catsup. Never did get jelly. She refilled some drinks and not others. It is definitely worth driving 26 miles north to Edinburgh if you really want Cracker Barrel!

Over all was a good experience. Mashed potatoes was cold and I think its because the time it took to escape them out of a bake d potato would rather had real mashed potatoes, only got a kids portion serving but they made it right. Kids pancakes were very good but could use a bigger syrup bottle instead of the every small ones. Biscuits and cornbread could use a lot of help.

Had a beautiful red headed waitress who first spilled hot coffee all over my hand"no apologies" said someone had made her mad. Then got wrong drinks. Forgot meat on sandwich. Said sorry. I said yes. Finally got things straightened out thanks to a hot looking manager. Food was great. Overall experience was hilarious! Thanks for being imperfect.

We ate at the Seymour IN Cracker Barrel. We love the food but it is always too cold in there. I would love to shop but it was even colder there then where we ate. It is uncomfortable more times then not. They really need to change this so the customer can be comfortable. We may have to quit going there. Please pass this on.

This temperature in this place was COLD. When I sat down I remembered I had been at other Cracker Barrels that were uncomfortably cold. I was not in the mood to stick it out this time. I think they must have a policy to blast the cold to clear out the tables quicker. Anyway, I give this visit a thumbs down.

Called for take out, they put me on hold half way through placing my order. Left me there so long I hung up. Called back, asked for a manager, who put me through to the order desk again, this time no one even answered the phone at all. They need to get their act together at this store.

Waitress was terrible, had to ask other wait staff to fill coffee, eggs were watery, sausage and french toast was cold. Was barely enough gravy to put on biscuits. Have had a few other negatives at other locations. Will never spend my money at Cracker Barrel again.

Wide variety of choices. Not the most amazing food but not bad at all. Enjoyed my breakfast there. The best part is the GIFT SHOP! So nostalgic, it seemed as if it hadnt changed since I was a kid. Would eat again!

Food is usually okay, definitely have to check to go orders. With to go orders, usually is a long wait, something is missing or it is burnt (not edible)

The food was tasty and the service was attentive. It was a decent place to stop on a long trip. I had the Monday pork chop special and it was tasty.

Good but slow on any time or day of the week. We love the store for window shopping but everything is very expensive. Usually good customer service.
