This place is hit or miss. It is about a 50/50 chance that you will get freshly made food or a blizzard that is well mixed and has the proper amount of stuff in it. I go here fairly often and on two separate occasions they somehow lost my order and didnt bother to ask why I was waiting expectantly or offer a free size-up for the trouble. You are better off buying a $3 half gallon of ice cream than chancing to get a well made blizzard. For all my complaints, its not horrible and worth it if you really badly want some dairy queen. I do agree with other reviews that it tends to be dirty, the customer service is lacking, and they are not good at apologizing for mistakes. This rating could easily be 2-Stars.

This place is so disgusting! I went there yesterday and the place was so dirty I didnt want to touch anything. The floor hadnt been mopped in ages. Most of the tables had some food smeared on them. We managed to find one clean table. Its connected to a gas station, I had to buy bottled water because I wasnt sure if the soda machine was ever actually cleaned. The worst part was the mushroom and Swiss burger I ordered. The burger was slathered in some kind of gravy sauce! It literally looked like a ball of snot sitting on a wet flattened bun. I couldnt eat it, and I didnt want them to try to remake it, who knows what that would be like. Im NEVER going back.

I ordered a sandwich and fries to go. I drove a ten minute drive home and realized they did give me fries. I can see possibly forgetting something like lettuce or ketchup on a sandwich but fries? Thats half the meal. I drove all the way back and the manager blamed the new girl "who was the only one cooking and actually working". What really sent me over the edge was when she said that you should expect that from a new worker. No! You should be watching to make sure she is doing the orders right. She didnt even apologize or anything for it. I will not be back again. And to think that these employees want $15 per hour. Wow...

I eat here all the time and ive never had a problem idk what these people are talking about. You can literally watch the cook making everything in the back to get rid of any suspicion that anything is messed up there. and they have that store cleaned every night. If your standing there waiting for your food you can just speak up if you see someone start to hand it out what are you an idiot? These are hard working people. gtfo if youre going to hate.

To be honest, this is my first time here. The drive-thru was a bit odd, partly sitting in the road until enough room was allowed. Service was fast, lady at the window was professional and courteous. We ordered the Peanut Buster Parfaits and strawberry sundaes that literally looked like the picture. I personally wish I could give it 5
