My wife, 9 yr old son, 5 yr old daughter and I gave this our 3rd and final attempt. After ordering, we waited about 15 min for food. We started eating and found most everything was cold. Took food back up and requested fresh (warm) food. Received a lot of friction and attitude!!!! A lady doing the cooking actually grabbed some of my fries, ate them and said "thats not TOO cold". I could only respond with a blank face. Blew me away.... On top of that, only received a partial refund because we started our value meal drinks!?! Were done.

I spent $32.00 for a crispy chicken sandwich w only lettuce, 2 kids chicken strip w chocolate milk , hotdog, cheese curds 2 med blizzard w extra , 2 mini blizzard and 2 waters. They forgot the chocolate milk and the water, they gave me a chicken w lettuce in a container without a bun. To top it off the kid in back was just back talking

Wont eat at this Dairy Queen again. Horrible service ! Waited long time to get food and was cold when we got it. When asked manager for fresh food she argued it wasnt cold. Received partial refund and will never return! Have had bad experiences each visit. Save your money!

They put the wrong chocolate in my blizzard tried to call but they will not answer the phone. I have food allergies and now have to take Benadryl because of their mistake. Wont be going back to this one.

Been here several times and NEVER had even a DECENT experience!! 1 * is too good but couldnt award 1/4 * !! The employees, all 4 of them, didnt know what the heck was going on!!

Food here isnt so great. Hit or miss is the best way to explain it, usually miss. The ice cream is good, surprise, but prepare for an excessive wait to get it.
