Subway on Port Royal has got to be the WORST Subway on Customer Service in the world. Avoid at all cost. First they were rude to me when I called in to pre-order, told me they wouldnt take my order, then when I was confused why I was paying $10 for a footlong combo, the manager lipped back at me "did you not see the price before you ordered?" Really? Wow! If you ever have a choice, never ever choose this Subway. UNBELIEVEABLE!!

Its a Subway and Subway is good, but the staff at this location doesnt care and seem to genuinely loathe being there. Combine that with the burned bread and skimpy vegetable (who skimps on the cheap stuff?) application and I give this location one star. I wont be back. The other Subway located at 31 and Campbell Station is SO much better and only a few minutes further.

I really miss the previous owners. They were always pleasant and consistent and the place was immaculate. The new owners just dont care about customer service and neither to their employees. It is dirty, always run out of bread, close early often. They are always rude and I always feel rushed. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Do not recommend.

better than the other subway! What can I say.. we all what subway is, what it has, and the typical owners. This one isnt any different other than some of staff a little nicer than competing subways. with that said I still give staff a 3 for friendliness.
