Ex server there. Morning staff and an unrushed over night staff are the ones you want. Avoid the late morning early evening staff especially a girl named Jessica. She likes to bring her kids in and they beg for money from her customers. Busiest friday night to monday morning so dont attempt to call to go, we are literally screaming out orders to be heard over the weekend drunk crowd. Once had 45 people come in at once missed 3 to go orders being called in. And they were a drunk crowd always moving around and they all ordered omelettes, so the pans had to be cleaned and seasoned between each order. So please dont blame us when we arent happy to be there. The cooks barely get over $250. And the highest the servers get at most AT MOST 40 bucks a week on paycheck. They like to assume were getting a lot of tips. The lowest check i got was around xmas (we get no days off, we miss no holidays. Had one of the servers grandbabies die and she was back in the next day). And that was 4 dollars. I had made 40 bucks in tips that night.

Dont waste your time! Worst Waffle House ever! Wait staff was ridiculous! Stood around on her phone the whole time. Waited 5 minutes for straws and over 10 minutes to order. Food was cold. It was literally 64* inside the restaurant. She never came back to refill coffee. Other wait staff were violating health codes! Didnt have their air pulled back, wasnt washing hands between tasks. Had to stand at cash register for 5 minutes before she even realized we wanted a check.

I ordered their hash brown bowl. Now this is something I ate not 24h earlier in Indy. I got a partially fried egg with grease pooling on it, sausage cooked to the point of being crusty, and a bill. I ate a bite or two, realised how badly it was cooked, paid, and left hungry. Now I know this kind of a greasy spoon type of restaurant, but that does not mean it is OK to serve food with literal puddles of grease. Dont waste your money, go elsewhere.

Just left there with a Togo order t-bone well done and a triple order of hashbrowns well I got a single order of hashbrowns I did not cut into the steak yet but I have my doubts it only took 5minn to cook they asked if I wanted tomatoes and cheese on my salad I said yes well I got a plate of lettuce with 10 strands of carrots. Very sad

During my time at Ivy tech down the road from this location, Id frequent this Waffle House 3-4 times a week at around the same time. The same staff always worked there and were always quite friendly. After about two months theyd give me free coupons because I dined there so often. Great place and great prices.

Ordered med rare steak and it came out well done and cold... service was just as bad server came back 20 mins after we ordered saying he apologized but he "forgot" to turn in our order. Worst service we ever had at a Waffle house ever!
