I have stopped at this travel plaza many times for gas, Dunkin Donuts coffee and of course, the ladies room. Yesterday, in the middle of a driving rainstorm, I stopped to get some coffee and have lunch at Wendys. I approached the door and an employee met me and told me I was not allowed in the store and when I said "What?" she repeated I am not allowed inside and to leave. Of course, this was done in front of a large customer base and I was so stunned, I did not argue. She then mumbled something about Laura or Lauren and walked away. People were staring at me as if I had 2 heads and I just said, Well thats a fine Southern Howdy Do, I guess I will go to McDonalds." and I left. The employee walked back towards the door as if watching me leave. I have no idea what precipated this ban from the store but I will no longer do business with them. I am sure it was a case of mistaken identity but still I feel an apology is owed me, one of which I am sure I will never receive.

Came in from a 6 hrs car ride and got yield at by a girl named magen, Im pretty positive. She had short brown hair and was a little chunky. She yield at my little girl for not having shoes and wouldnt let her go. Making my little girl wet herself before she could go back for the shoes. I do not remained this gas station.

If you use Comcheck for fuel and then you have a separate Comcheck for an advance they still charge you the fee to cash the one for the advance. I dont recommend this store to anyone I wont bring my business here again. The people that was working the diesel fuel side were completely rude and said that I was a lier

This place used to be a clean truck stop but since the put Pilot its become a trashy place all kinds of garbage on the parking lot. Shame how you put a Name on it it get trashed by the nasty driver that never used to stop here. Shame shame

Friendly place, well maintained, easy access. Bathrooms are smaller with only 2 sinks. Parking lot is average size, has a slight tilt to it since its on a heel.

Truck stop is decent. The designated Pay to park spaces still piss me off. Better get here early, almost all of the eateries around close early.

Stopped because it was a pilot to get PILOT COFFEE, but they had nasty dunkin donuts coffee instead. Off to find a real pilot!
