So we get here have to wait and thats no big deal. I dont mind waiting at all. When we finally sit down our waiter takes forever to get to us. Then as were ordering he says, "oh we have no rice".... Both of us were getting something with rice. We both say that we didnt know what to get now that there was no rice and also told him what we were going to get. So I settle with just two plain tacos and my friend substitutes something for hers. Then after a 30min wait on our food the waiter brings out my friend some rice with the substituted also. He gives me the tacos.... I am just So mad at this point that Im ready to walk out, but I sat there because my friend had everything she wanted. The waiter never tried to refill our drinks and took more than 5 minutes each time we asked for something, but by this time they were not even busy. This is by far the worst 1st experience ever! The waiters name was Daniel.

Im from the Southwest USA and know my Mexican food. If you desire truly authentic, delicious, and very reasonably priced Mexican food, then El Rancho Grande is the place to go. Not to mention that the service and cleanliness are top notch as well. Try it if you havent already and you will (without a doubt) be pleasantly surprised!

Great experience every single time we go. Good atmosphere, clean bathtooms, and great service. They go above and beyond and always have a good attitude toward their customers. I travel a past 3 Mexican resturants to get to this one because its worth the drive everytime!!!

We both had the bistec (flank steak) a la mexicana. It was good and healthy eating if you moderate the carbs on the side. About 2 servings at the least. Weve eaten here several times and never been disappointed. Very nice staff in our experience.

Horrible service, they dont answer questions. Are very disorganized in hiw to seat people and can5 not handle high volume of customers. I wouldnt even give them one star but there is no option for less.

Prompt, courteous service. Good food at reasonable prices. Convenient location in a comfortable environment. Only negative is some dishes were a bit too salty for my taste.
