I have been frequenting this Quiznos for years and until yesterday thought it was a decent place to eat. Unfortunately, I witnessed an incident that would turn ones stomach (pun intended). There was this White lady and a Hispanic/Indian co-worker of hers (both had MetroSafe badges). They ordered and the guys behind the counter who are pretty efficient were taking a long-time, rather surprisingly. Maybe they were not setup just yet. Anyway, I was 4th in line behind them. There were three middle-aged ladies in front of me. The Hispanic/Indian gentleman wanted a drink with his order but the cashier had already rung him up. So with the line literally going out the door he took a water cup and took about 2 oz of soda. Everything seemed fine, until the manager/owner came by and noticed he had soda in his water cup. He threw a tantrum and even called the guy a thief! Remember those three white ladies in line ahead of me; well, they had a jolly good laugh, totally enjoying themselves. The customer didnt say a word, just nodded his head coolly and continued to finish his food perhaps a little embarrassed, but I could not really tell. A little later, I looked over and saw him pull up the Quiznos App and could not help but notice he had 108, (one hundred eight points, i.e. 1.5 free meals or something like that). A thief after spending over $100? Go figure! FYI, I can see why he left his water cup containing the stolen soda untouched. I went home and used this experience as a teachable lesson for my kids, this bothered both me and my wife (incidentally White as well) a lot. It is by far one of those times I feel disgusted to be White and then Male! Unfortunately, Im not going back there...I dont think the two customers from MetroSafe will either. And I urge you to do the same - please eat some place else! This whole scenario could have been handled maturely and less racially; I know the manager would never talk to me like he did with the soft spoken "foreigner" yesterday. Sorry, but not sorry Mr. Quiznos Manager, you suck!

I go here because it is close to work but I ALWAYS ask for no onion (allergy) and more times than not, my sandwich has them. Today, I to pick out the onions that I asked to be left off. The people are always friendly but go early to avoid the line and check your sandwich before they wrap it up!

I eat here maybe once a month. I have never been disappointed, the manager here is awesome. I would recommend this location to anyone who works or lives downtown.

Like Subway, but less healthy. Everyones friendly, the line sometimes backs up but its expected. Get the Peppercorn Steak on Rosemary Parmesan!
