I stopped this evening to pick up dinner and before a greeting or welcome was offered, I was immediately told that the wait for food was going to be at least 15 minutes. I wasnt in a hurry so I went ahead with my order and decided to sit in the restaurant until it was ready. I had a very difficult time finding a seat due to the lack of clean tables and chairs. I opted to stand due to the conditions. The dining room was a mess with food on the floor, trash overflowing and understocked supplies. When my order was ready, which was actually before the 15 minute pledge, I had to request forks and napkins due to the lack of supplies. The request was met with irriration. I was exceptionally disappointed in the level of customer service demonstrated by the local team. Hopefully, KFC corporate will review the practices at this location and insist on some changes.

This place is awful! Everytime Ive been there, Ive had to wait forever for them to cook the chicken. Went in today (July 4th) to pick up some 2 piece meals. Was told it would be 4-5 minutes before it was done. 5 minutes later the SHIFT MANAGER says, "Oh, I"m sorry. I gave your pieces to someone else." I asked how much longer it would be for more chicken. "About 20 minutes." This is PATHETIC! Its a holiday that everyone eats chicken on, and these idiots werent close to being prepared. I got a refund, and told the manager they should have been more prepared. His response? "Well, sometimes we just cant be preapred." Its a freakin holiday for crying out loud! Will NOT be going back to this location - EVER!!!

Three times now weve gone and this location has been OUT of chicken. Its never within an hour or two of closing time, but theyre out. How does a chicken place run out of chicken and often? Last night we ordered a bucket, they screwed up our sides and had to piece together grilled, regular and extra crispy just to have enough. This was at 7pm, THREE hours before closing!! They didnt offer to make more, they didnt offer discounts, they didnt even apologize...just gave us their leftovers and sent us on. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I wont be back.

I went there to get some food and there was no line or barely anyone inside. This guy Jesus Feuntes started to ask me what I wanted and he tried to rush me off like I was wasting his time. He then got rude when I told him that he was rushing me off, he said he was owner/manager he could do anything. I told him that I would call his corporate office to file complaint he said he would call cops on me if I didnt leave his store. What a jerk.. I recommend nobody going there ,this guy is so proud of being the owner and doesnt give F if you tell him to be nice.

A chicken place that has no chicken...... went there last night to give KFC another try after not going for a couple/few years. Had to wait for them to cook the chicken as they were out, it was the middle of dinner time really!...20 minutes later received my order and took it home and of course it was missing items. You frig/n suck KFC and I will never be stopping in again. This is why Chick-fil-a is kicking your butts.

customer service lacking. Person taking the order through the drive through were very rushed. No thank you or anything for going there and it want even lunch time. This was at 330 pm. The food tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Chicken was way too crispy for an order of original chicken, the cookie was over cooked and hard, and the macaroni also tasted as though it had been sitting there for hours.

Got a $5 fill-up to-go. Received my bag with food in it. I got back to work to find they didnt put a fork in the bag, nor did they put my cookie in there either. Not to mention that the "larger" mashed potato serving was only filled half way. I would have gotten just as much with a small serving.

Filthy. Every single table was dirty as was the floor. I went around 2pm. There were no other customers and therefore no excuse as to why someone wasnt cleaning the dining room. Will never return. Shame on the manager and their boss for having such poor standards.

The person on drive thru wasnt attentive at all and my order had to be repeated several times. The food was awful, like it had been sitting in the warming area for far too long. I feel sick writing this but the only good thing they didnt mess up was the drink.

Food was hot and fresh. 1pm on a Saturday only 5 people dining in. Every table needed cleaned and the floor was dirty. whoever manages the store apparently doesnt care about its appearance

Have been to this place multiple times. Good staff, Fast service and store is clean. Unlimited rand and other special KFC sauces available to relish.
