I visited today while the staff had to undergo an entire update to their system, thus handicaping them in their efficiency. I was getting dinner for coworkers, so I had to put in 6 orders. Let me just say that the service I received was great - several of the workers apologized even though I did so as well for loading them with so many orders and putting them under stress. The manager even gave the 7th order for myself for free (the 4 for 3 meal) due to my long wait of the food with them struggling with the new system. I will be sure to return due to the great attitudes of the workers, and the value of this place! There is only a drive thru or walk up window. No tables.

Ive never had a problem with the service any time that Ive been there. The employees have always been polite and courteous. I like the food. Its definitely a change from the regular burger places. It does take a few minutes to get your food, but Ive been at Burger King quite a few times and they are alot slower than Checkers is. Look for their coupons. Its better to get free items or discounts.

Had to return our meal 3 separate times because they couldnt get it correct, we got a 5$off thing for our next meal. Slow, rude, refused to give us the number for her boss. I like the food but the service is absolutely horrendous, iv tried the place several times since they opened the location and there has been no improvement and there has always been something wrong with my order

If there is a line, dont bother! Incredible food, so sometimes ya just gotta put up with it. One MUST check their order here as its not uncommon to get the wrong stuff. Staff is typically nice, but it seems like some are pulling all the weight while others barely can bother to do their job. Just my impression..am I wrong?

Granted its not "top notch" however its a great value. Never had my order messed up and do enjoy the break from the normal fast food joints around here. If you are hungry you can easily fill up here for cheap. Their deals tend to be crazy good as well.

Food is always great, service is fine, nothing amazing. I have only had minor problems which are always rectified. Way better than other fast food chains for sure, especially because they are also cheaper.
