I had to stand waiting on someone to acknowledge for over 5 minutes. There was no one else in line and 6 people behind the counter just talking to each other. The service was very fast. But...they were out of lids, napkins, spoons, and forks. Once again, we were forced to wait. Now, lets rate the appearance...horrendous. Every table had food or trash on it. The floor looked like it hadnt been swept since July. There was literally crumbs, straw papers, and napkins everywhere. Im not sure the floor has been mopped since 2016. There was a mop bucket with dirty water in it sitting on the counter out front right beside the cash register...just not sure it has ever been used. This was the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. I would highly recommend that you avoid going inside if you choose to eat here.

I can honestly say that every time I have visited this restaurant Ive been disappointed in some way, and I dont mean by forgetting the dipping sauce. A brief rundown: the wait is terribly long, the food is not cooked properly, a side is forgotten, the people arent friendly, and the worst was when the urinal was overflowing on the bathroom floor coming out of the restroom and creating a stench in the dining area. I have accepted that fast-food means occasionally having something from your order missing but these people do not even appear to try.

They forgot our biscuits. They were "out" of grilled chicken and extra crispy. Forgot my drink. There ALSO was a LONG BLONDE CURLY HAIR in my food. My hair is brown, my girlfriends is red. I assure you it is NOT ours. WE called them and they told us there is no way the hair was in there from THEM. HA. It was in a sealed container. Who else put it there? Casper the fast food sabotaging ghost. I ordered two mac and cheeze. NEEDLESS to say that I didnt get any- one had hair and the other was green beans? WTF?!

If you want honey for your biscuits, utensils, or even napkins you had better ask. The strategy seems to be to short customers on the essential accoutrements. While a few people might be taking their food home to plates and silverware, I dont see how a fast-food restaurant can, in good conscience, sell mashed potatoes and cole slaw without giving customers at least a spork.

Mario perea was the Manager of that store so his review below is crap he only wishes it was a 5 star store.This store has gone to hell in the last 8 months. Dont even bother going in there, maybe they will shut this hell hole down. Food is horrid and the employees are rude. if I could do less than 1 star i would.
