Victoria was very immature and rude. She was stuffing her face at the register when we came in. Told us she wasnt on duty and turned away and walked to the back. When asked if she cared about secret shoppers she shrugged her shoulder as to say NO. She didnt care at all. Keep hiring little kids and see if we dont go to cold stone or Culvers or many other good ice cream option. We have choices today so get better employees or go out of bushiness one day. Dont get better employees we dont give a crap because we now have great choices.

Went through the drive thru which I love the set up cause it allows me to see whats going on inside. During this visit I had to watch one of the employees pop a zit on his nose right there in plane site no regards to anything. Then he proceed to walk around messing with his once infected nose zit. Other then that everything was great and the guys cooking the chicken kept their cool even with us ordering 20 pieces. Best to educate the young staff early that everyone is watching

The store itself is very nice. However, the staff is lacking in service. The place is more like a hang out for teenagers who are suppose to be working but are usually too busy talking among themselves to give their full attention to the customer. I stop at this store frequently and its always the story. Today was a bit more extreme though. The staff were at odds with each other. Professionalism does not exist here.

Very friendly staff. Love that they do free "pup cups" for dogs, offer special promotions and support reputable local charities. Great place for a before/after concert treat or hangout while concert traffic dies down to Klipsch.

Not worth the time. Sad... Melted hot fudge sundae... I could have gone to a fast food restaurant (where a clown is a mascot) to get this level of food and service. Not worth 1star.

I love Dairy Queen but this location is not for adults! Tons of little kids and not much seating. Employees were very nice. Food is made sloppy most of the time.
