Worst service ever at a Taco Bell. We had to wait 20 minutes to get to the window and our food still was not ready for us. I asked to add an item at the window and was told that they dont do that. I asked for the manager and he refuses to even consider my request. I asked for the GMs contact information and waited almost 10 minutes for that. In the time it took to do all that, they could have made my item and had me on my way but the corporate culture is to add items to their menu but do nothing to keep service and turn around time low. Its not just this store, its company wide.

Absolutely amazing staff!!!! I was having a horrible day I had to go to the ER due to leg pain. After long day at the hospital I was starving and hobbled over to this Taco Bell. Only to realize after ordering my card was not in my wallet. The wonderful manager told me not to worry and paid for my meal. She really made my day! The staff here really cares about their customers and others in general. The food was great and the restraunt is very clean and welcoming! Hands down best Taco Bell I have ever been to!!!

I was having a really bad day. The doctor told me I needed to go to a hospital to get fluids in me because of a bad flu, and my mom was in the hospital. I went to this Taco Bell so I could get just a frozen baja blast, and they asked me how I was doing when I got there. They told me they would try to make it better, and when I pulled up to the window they gave me my 3 dollar drink for free and told me they hoped my day got better. Absolutely wonderful people and I will definitely be returning!

Im sorry, but if the food sucks I could really care if the service was outstanding. Not that the servcie was good, they screamed back and forth about the pepsi machine for my entire visit . Back to the food. Cheesy gordita is a favorite of mine, simple to make, melt some cheese on a flatbread and wrap around hard taco. Too difficult for them. Second time Ive received a stale flatbread with no melted cheese in it. First time didnt have that sauce it has on it. Not my favorite TB.

Typically go through the drive through, and it is usually slow. Location is convenient, but service and quality lack. Last two visits the orders have been incorrectly filled. The person working the window was less than friendly. I know it is Taco Bell and expectations should be tempered by the fact it is fast food, but it often is not fast.

I was there lastnite long story short a hair was in my food and one of my orders was mess up. When I spoke with the manger he was extra rude and treat me with calling the cops it was late nite he also clam that no one back their had black hair like really . I do not suggest eating there

Managers dont work at fast food places in this area on the weekend, so expect anything to happen when teenagers are in charge. You will find that the lights will be out around 11PM on a Saturday night even though the hours say that they are open until 2AM.

Come on! Its a Taco Bell. What did you expect? The tacos are always underfilled with the same old bland meat mush they have served for years. The Mountain dew never tastes quite right and nothing looks like the picture on the menu board.

Triple double crunchwrap is great. I recommend getting a nacho bell grade with no tomato, then adding red sauce and chicken to it. Get a lid and shake it up. Possibly the best thing from taco bell. (Credit goes to: Kerrick S.)

I never had a bad experience here. Most of the time its been busy. Right across from it is a Subways. Either this place is packed out or Subways is packed out. I switch back and forth. Witch ever is not packed out.

Arrived at the location where it clearly stated on the door it was open on the inside until 10 pm. It wasnt 10 pm and the doors were locked. Ridiculous.

The place is nice but they need to clean things off. All of the tables were dirty. It seemed like no one was cleaning the tables at all for a while.
