First time customer. Gave 3 stars only because the food tasted decent. Ordered online and found it was not particularly customer friendly, if you need to ask for something special, for instance, your meat well done or something on the side, there was no place to comment. When I arrived a young female employee was on her phone at the counter and I found this despicably unprofessional, but the rest of the staff had the same drone like behavior, Im sure, unhappy with their current state at a fast food restaurant. I WILL NOT BE BACK. I find the likelihood of food poisoning and other bad experiences are higher when the employees are not happy. I guess Im making time to cook at home more often.

Worst Chipolte Ive ever been to. Placed a to go order, it was in a bag when I arrived but missing my chips and drink. The cashier didnt even look at the receipt and I had to ask for my chips and drink. Then I was given the wrong quantity and I had to ask again. They were out of travel/to go bags. We were given no utensils so when I asked the cashier used their ungloved hands and grabbed the fork side... after all of that we get to the car and both our bowls are leaking through the cardboard. Very disappointed. Weve never had so many issues with Chipolte.

It was my first time to chipotle. Ordered chicken tacos. It came with three tacos which was a bit too much. However, it was really good, especially the chicken. It was very nice flavored. It was $6.50. I added avocado sauce which is $1.95. I think it should be free because it wasnt much at all. Overall, the food is good but a bit on the pricy side.

I really disliked the service. While waiting in line a group if girls visited their friend who worked there and in the line were talking about their boyfriend . If you do this stop no one wants to listen to you talk about shoes. I came here to eat. And when I got to ordering they were out of 2 items I wanted on my burrito.

How is this place in business? They were out of almost everything, and running low on so many others that this is the smallest chipotle food ever. Not a good sign when you leave chipotle hungry. Posted a pic of what they were out of but didnt mention they were also out of taco shells, fajitas, even napkins!

My entire family agreed that this was the best meal we had ever eaten at a Chipotle (where we dine VERY frequently). The chicken was amazing, and the accomadated special request (allergy) good. Will always eat here while were in town.

great food but horrible employees. Was with my kid and the cooks were saying inappropriate things and the manager was rude. Was sweeping and complaining near us and was grunting the whole time. You have lost my business.

The best Mexican food in Evansville if youre looking for a quick bite to eat. This location has some pretty cool tunes playing all the time too, its pretty cool here and everyone is so friendly. Would highly recommend!!!
