Ive been going to this particular chipotle for about 2 years now. I was very satisfied with the service, portion size, pretty much everything at first. About two months ago I started to notice that the servers were very stingy with the meat portions. I went about 2 weeks ago and I could literally count the little pieces of chicken the server gave me. I asked for a little more chicken and she gave me 3 extra pieces. So compared to any other chipotle that Ive been to this is most definitely the worst one when it comes to portions. I would recommend the one on University Blvd or the one in Hoover, Al..... Oh yeah, and the Chipotle in Midtown is bad when it comes to flies. If the manager cant figure out a way to keep the flies out, AT LEAST COVER THE FOOD. I probably wouldnt recommend this place

The food is great, however, this is one girl there who does a TERRIBLE job at serving. She is nonchalant and throws my food. The first time she served for me, she dipped her elbow in my food and her area where she serves is ALWAYS dirty. She then takes her hand that shes fixing food with and wipes crumbs off her area. Just so people can have an idea of who she may be, she is a thick, Caucasian girl with red hair. I love the restaurant but I walk out when shes serving.

Its a good place to eat when they have all the ingredients. I have been coming here off and on over the last couple of months and it never fails they are always out of something. Most of the time it is what Im craving guacamole,fajita peppers,or steak. I now drive up to the front door to read what they dont have and it I can order without it a actually park and walk in. Otherwise I leave and choose a different place.

Dinner hours : Terrible service, poorly prepared food, always running out of important ingredients (lettuce, chicken, guac). Stale tortillas. Lunch hours : Average service, even worse food (literally terrible). Chicken was cold and corn was flavorless. Still stale tortillas. Worst Chipotle Ive ever been to. Go to the one on the strip.

I love Chipotle, but I hate this one. Whoever manages this one needs to up their game. There are probably 50 flies every time I go that fly all around the food. It makes you not want to eat there when theres flies landing in your food as theyre preparing it. The Chipotle on the strip is way better in terms of service and santization.

Yeah, Chipotle takes a back seat to Freebirds, but theres no Freebirds here, and Chipotle (A CHAIN! FROM COLORADO OF ALL PLACES!) blows away any of the so-called Mexican restaurants in town. It costs about the same as Taco Casa, and doesnt need to come with a barf bag like Taco Casa slop does.

What people fail to mention about Chipotle is that the food is actually good for you. They arent using the cheapest meat and veggies they can find just to make a buck like most places. They shop around to find the best. Research where this company gets their food. There is a difference!

Echoing some of the other reviews; they struggle during peak hours. They ran out of guacamole upon being told itd be ten minutes the person stared blankly at me as though they didnt know what to do...generally lack of customer service (I was fine waiting.). The tables were dirty.

Awful. Every time I go the chips are stale. Every time. To the point that I dont even go anymore. Because they are too dumb to even make a chip correctly. I can only imagine what else they suck at. Poor place. Bad training bad management all around bad

The food is good BUT almost every time Ive visited they are out something significant like chips or chicken or dressing. And at peak times, not 10 min before closing. Getting what you want off the menu is a dice roll.

I love me some chipotle! I signed up for the rewards text program and I get free menu items ~once a month. This one has plenty of parking available, the line moves sufficiently quick, plenty of seating available.

I asked for well done steak in which I have received it before and the so called manager refused to give it to me. Her clothes were filthy. I refuse to ever eat undercooked food at Chipotle ever again.
