The General Manager publicly argued with me in regards to a wing sauce after I had mentioned I knew it wasnt on the menu, but that I had it at that location, as well as 2 other locations within that past week. I went on to eat the wings with the sauce I had substituted for it, while he continued to keep coming by and reiterating that the sauce I requested never existed, nor had I ever had it at that location. He stated he had been with the company for 13+ years and they had never carried that sauce. We finally got fed up, paid for our mostly uneaten meals and beers and left. In the handful of times since that incident I have been back to that location only for the waitresses and bartenders to all gladly take my order for this mysterious sauce the GM seems to not know about. I have had no problems during my visits to this location when this specific GM is not there, everyone else is friendly and seems to know the menu better than he does. Most recently this week when I was in this location for a beer and wings the bar/restaurant area was fairly vacant as everyone was outside for the most part. The GM was working during this time and I watched as he went table by table talking to everyone and asking how their meal was. He deliberately avoided my friends and Is table, and went on to talk to another employee derogatorily within earshot. Everyone at our table heard him specifically mention us, as well as slander us for being "stupid" and not knowing they have never had certain wing sauces. First off, I think Jim Weaver should feel ashamed to employ such a disrespectful General Manager of all positions, as I know he owns that specific location and brought those employees in. And I think it reflects very poorly on the entire staff that they allow someone like that to slander customers in the open, if at all. Behavior like that is unacceptable in every customer service capacity, especially when the customer is supposed to always be right. You do not openly try to carry on an argument with a customer who has stated several times that it is not a big deal. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The GMs behavior and actions are flat out uncalled for, and disrespectful. He has obviously not had customer experience training, or he has ignored it and chooses for his behavior to be out of line. For anyone curious, the sauce is the "Spicy Garlic" or "Hot Garlic" depending on who you speak to.

Some of the best wings in the area. Great sauce selection. Salads are really good (big chicken salad) and filling. If you have a need for bar food its available and reasonably priced. At the Osceola location during the summer sit outside in the evenings to watch summer league volleyball. Service is hit or miss but fortunately the waiters/waitresses are friendly and always apologetic (issues with cooks?). Good not great beer selection but great atmosphere. Always the fallback for cant decide on where to go for dinner or in the mood for great wings.

I dont come here that often because it is a little out of the way for me, but nevertheless the food and service are great. FYI they serve Pepsi products and a good variety of beer. I personally prefer B-Dubs for wings, but nearly every other person I know loves the wings here at Wings Etc. Also I highly recommend their pretzel appetizers with beer cheese. The pretzels taste great and the cheese is fantastic.

First time Last time. My order wasnt correct ok no problem. The waitress came over wanting us to show the error that was made. Ok done but for the manager to come over very loud and rude made the customers near us watch this ego show. Sorry the kitchen staff made an error but, its the manager and waitress that is the reason we wont come back. Besides that the menus were sticky and was yuk table.

Ordered lunch for take out for work. Food was excellent and the place looked like a fun hangout. I would have stopped for a beer after work, but I noticed that the draft prices were pretty steep and there were a stack of plastic cups near the taps. I dont want to pay 8.50 for a beer in a plastic cup. Staff was super friendly, so I wont count it out for a future visit.

On previous visits, this restaurant had adequate food, standard bar fare in a sports bar environment and would have ordinarily earned a 3 star review. On my attempted visit two days ago, I noticed in very clear lettering on the front door, that it was a "NO SMOKING OR VAPING ESTABLISHMENT". They clearly dont want my business. It caused me to seek dinner elsewhere.

The wings are pretty good, but I have had better. The facility is pretty cool. They have a whole bunch of sand volleyball courts outside with lights and hold tournaments there. There is a porch for eating on that is open all year. They cover it and pit heaters out there when its cold. They also have a big area downstairs for large groups. Average beer selection.

Sat there for 35 minutes never got a drink order taken.... 4 waitresses at the hostess stand feeding theyre faces... Finally go up to the bar and ask for a waitress and they all still sat there looking around so I got up and was leaving and then someone finally comes and says ohhhhh Im sorry I dont know what happened... . I left anyways screw them....

food was not good. wings dry dry and the loaded fries had something like cheap velveta sliced cheese on it. We have tried this place several times hoping it improved but nope. saw waitress standing around on phones. would not recommend it. it might be convenient but you will walk away unhappy.

The Wings Etc franchise has been a favorite watering hole for my friends and I for years. Ive frequented since they opened in the mid nineties. Never found a better wing sauce. The best!

The food is usually really good but this time the chicken sandwich I got was dry and the waitress ( Kassandra) wasnt theven best representation of a wings staff... NOT IMPRESSED.
