This is my first ever time writing a review, but my experience was so bad that I felt a need to warn people away from this company. If youre looking for n alternative, at least where I live BtownMenus is much better. This was my first time using Mr. Delivery, and it will certainly be my last as well. I ordered 2 separate orders from 2 separate restaurants. My first order arrives, and it is from the correct restaurant but is completely wrong food. I try calling multiple numbers for the company but neither of them go through. My wife then tries calling and gets a hold of them. We tell them about the situation and give them the order number and my phone number. Well apparently they did not bother checking to confirm the order number I gave them because they called the OTHER restaurant to say that I was given a wrong order. The other restaurant then calls me, and I have to clear up the situation with then and tell then we have not received their order yet (mind you their order took and hour and 20 minutes to arrive). So then Mr. Delivery calls me back again to say theyve simply re-submitted by order to the restaurant. So now I have to wait ANOTHER hour to get my food, and they dont even offer me any kind of discount or refund for my order. They messed up, I have to wait what is essentially over 2 hours to get my food and they dont offer anything for my troubles? Absolutely horrible service, and they obviously do not have their game together.

I work for a busy medical office and occasionally my lovely doctor buys the office lunch. As it so happened a lot of other delivery services werent allowing delivery so I stumbled across Mr delivery of Bloomington. After placing the order I received a call from a concerned driver informing me that when he arrived to pick up the food not only was it not ready but they were slammed and he wanted me to be informed and even offered to call when he was leaving. Roughly an hour and a half after ordering Anthony arrived with our food. After he left I realized the restaurant had forgotten the doctors food (of all people). I called Mr delivery and they assured me that they would send a driver to pick it up. Shortly after I received a call stating they had my food in addition they would be refunding the delivery fee and the charge for the food. Thirty minutes later the OWNER brought the doctors food in for us and apologized profusely, even though the fault ultimately belonged to the restaurant. Im beyond impressed with this companies commitment to its customers. We will most definitely be using there services again soon.

This is extremely bad service. On July 8th, I ordered two boxes of Chicken and Shrimp terriyaki with fried rice from Z & C at Kirkwood avenue, but they delivered only one box to me. On August 9th, I ordered 2 Chicken and Shrimp terriyaki, they gave me a box of sushi. On August 10th, I order 2 meals of fried rice with sesame chicken and general chicken, 2 hot and sour soups, 1 wonton soup, and 1 egg drop soup from House of Hunan restaurant and wait for 2 hours without receiving my food. Then I called mr.delivery and asked them "where is my food?" They said the House of Hunan restaurant delivered the food like an hour ago to my room, and someone received the food. They said the deliver guy might mistake the room number. Thus, I lost my money and my food! Seriously, this is a really bad service. Please dont ever use it!

My daughters tried to place an order thru Mr. Delivery and the first ones card wouldnt process so the second one tried and her card wouldnt process either so the orders were never placed. When they got home that night they checked their bank account and both of them had pending charges for orders that didnt process. I called to complain and get them to fix it and was told that they deal with this all the time and the charges will reverse in 3-5 days and if they dont then to call back and they would put "hands on" the issue. Needless to say this isnt a good practice and I told the person I was speaking to that we would be filing fraudulent charges if the charges werent reversed very quickly.

Absolutely horrific drivers, I literally saw one of your drivers going 50mph on third street on campus, and resulted in him nearly getting into an accident with another driver. He then proceeded to leave his vehicle and charge towards another persons car, screaming vulgarities and threatening the driver in front of families and children touring the campus . Im appalled by this behavior, and its clear your business is poorly managed and incapable of basic driving etiquette. Im extremely glad I decided to work and use btownmenus instead, because this business has nothing but failure written all over it

Really bad and slow service. I ordered they called about 30 minutes later and said Big Cheese(the restauraunt) is not open. It was on their selection of open and active delivery. They said they would give me a refund and it would take up to 5 days... 5 days..and they wanted me to order something else with no sorry or discount but pay a second time for amother restaurant and wait for the first to be refunded. Order from another service if you are hungry.

I went to use Mr. Delivery for the second time, was planning on order from Fazolis for my daughter and I..when 2 meals totaled over $40 I decided to make the trip out myself...upon looking at the menu at Fazolis I found that Mr. Delivery is charging higher prices for the menu items. I dont have a issue paying a delivery fees and tipping a driver but I find it dishonest for them to raise the prices of menu items. I will never use them again!

First they said the card didnt work over the phone so we just paid cash, but when I called my bank to ck it out it was actually charged 2x!! Tried to call and go by their location and no one would answer the door or phone when we tried to call. After 20min on hold it just disconnected us. Took forever to get it resolved. They only get one star because I cant give a negative. Friendly delivery service but horrific management!!

Website suddenly stopped processing my card. Itd do "pending charges", but never go through. Its NOT my debit card. I have money. The bank said theres no issues. It is clearly on Mr. Deliverys end, but nope! They wont do anything to fix it. They said its "never happened before" , but just reading here I am CLEARLY seeing reviews WHERE IT IS HAPPENING. : ) Might want to look into it, Mr. Delivery. Fix your stuff.

I was charged three times for one meal making my meal cost 75 bucks. Then customer service tells me they are busy and can not help me right then that they would call me back once they had time. I said thats extremely rude can you give me a time frame.. they say no and that theyll figure something out and disconnect the call. Hate them. This is the second problem Ive had out of them. There will not be another.

I dont know why Mr Delivery has so many bad reviews, because my experience was great. The website was easy to manage and I ordered it quickly, finding what I wanted in 3 minutes. The tracking system is also convenient and great. The delivery guy arrived half an hour early, and he was nice. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because the food was a tad bit expensive, but overall it was a good experience.
