Ordered pizza online for delivery, wait was 60 minutes according to their online tracker. 90 minutes in no change on order status, "still being made". Called and a boy said it was ready but only 1 driver but we could pick it up. At that point, we all had evening commitments so was not possible to go get it and come back, so called back and asked for refund. Said they could not even find our order and wasnt sure why the other guy said it was ready. Told them we had an order number but she said she didnt know how to put it in the computer. So basically, inept employees insuring we will never come back. Zero concern just like any other order to them. 100% pathetic. Checked my card 15 minutes after this total failure and there was the refund, so apparently, they could find my order after we hung up. Terrible experience, before this no problems. This experience wiped away all the good ones we had there.

I ordered from this store a few weeks ago during a big storm. The food arrived quickly, considering the driving conditions, and was pretty good. But I was 6 wings short. I called the store and was told that "well, the driver said all of them got put in the box". I told her no, they werent. So she said she would credit them to my account. With the bit of attitude I was met with, I would have given less stars, except I called today to order the 6 wings and was told that the manager had actually put a $20 credit on my account. I will definitely continue to use this store.

Nasty! Went for buffet. They told me to have a seat and they would bring me out a drink and silverware. Sat there for 5 minutes with my plate before I had to get up and get my own. Buffett had two pizzas. Both were cold with no sauce. They had breadsticks out but no sauce. No pasta was not there. No desert was not there. I ordered two sodas and both were flat. Salad bar was ok. Very poor service. Very poor food. Very poor management. Had to go over to Walmart to grab some chicken for lunch. Save your money. Do not go there!!!!!

Horrible experience only 2 items on childrens menu and they didnt have one of them tried to get something different and once again sorry we are out of that it was 2 pm in afternoon and we were the only customers in there barely any ice in the drinks and had to ask for refills and silverware now I know why we were the only ones there

The oven stuck.... It burnt my pizzas and I had to wait in the car with 3 hungry kids... 1/2 way through my wait it started raining. When I finally got home , in the house and changed out of soaked clothes. The pizza was amazing as always but I really earned it by the time I finally got it.

Too expensive for lunch if you dont make it in time for the buffet. At one tiime you could get a personal pan pizza with up to 3 toppings before incurring additional cost. Now you get one topping. The salad bar is not even listed as a menu item so I guess they can charge whatever they want.

I love their pizza, but they gave me a coupon for doing a survey and then wouldnt honor it on the website. I tried calling them and was placed on hold for ten minutes. Its faster to make my own pizza than to order from them!

Double the pickup or delivery time if ordering on a Friday or Saturday night. This location appears to be either understaffed or unorganized. All of the employees are running around like their pants are on fire.

This was the worst pizza Ive ever gotten at Pizza Hut. it was dry and boring. Ingredients were not what I thought I had ordered even after double checking the order before submitting. Very disappointed.
