If I could give Zero stars I would! Horrible horrible horrible!! They had lunch specials posted outside that looked good. We walked in shortly after they opened. No employee was in sight and we didnt know if we could pick a seat or if we should get seated. A woman in her 20s came out and said we can take a seat. She came by introduced herself (Lauren) and gave us menus. She wasnt kind and seemed to have an attitude. I think she was irritated that we came in soon after they opened. We ordered waters, she came back with the waters and asked if we were ready. Which of course we werent yet. When we ordered I asked if the chicken on a particular sub was sliced up chicken. She said no its a breast. I asked I they could cut it up for me. She looked at me irritated and said that she would ask the cook. She snatched our menus afterwards. She never returned to tell me if they "could" cut up the chicken. Then this is the worst part, after ordering, I went to the bathroom. I walked in and it smelt horrible, worst of all, there was feces on the toilet! (The rim you sit on). I walked out of the bathroom, told the woman cancel our orders and that we were leaving. She looked surprised, didnt say anything, and we walked out. I was so disgusted by the entire experience! We ended up walking down the road to an awesome coffee shop "Just Love Coffee" Wayyy better experience!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! I just spoke with the "manager" and complained about the pizza that I received the previous night. I purchased a medium "Chicago style" deep dish surpreme pizza with a side of lasagna. The bottom crust of the pizza was soggy and after lifting off a ton of cheese and examining each slice there were 3 toppings on each slice! This pizza is valued at $20!!! I purchased a Yelp coupon while in the store $30 for $20 and the manager told me I wasnt suppose to do that (which I always do at any store, any retail, no problem) and after explaining what happened he was more concerned about the coupon and less concerned about the quality of food we received! He stated the coupon is created to draw customers in! I was a NEW customer and the coupon did play a part in drawing me! He did apologize and blamed it on a new cook but NEVER offered any type of compensation for the horrible quality of food we received! He was almost saying " tough luck"! The lasagna was horrible too, it tasted like Chef Borardee in a van from the 1980s but I didnt bother to mention that to him! I will be calling corporate because Im sure this is a franchise! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!!!!! This is not authentic Chicago style pizza btw.. Ive lived near Chicago and would visit Giordanos frequently and this does NOT come close!!!

Horrible experience. Rude on the phone and poor service (which i was willing to deal with for good Chicago style pizza) We ate at the restaurant and it was a real inconvenience for the lady working behind the counter to walk to our table and ask unusual questions like "would you like another drink? can I get you anything?" The pizza came and it was a far cry from a Chicago style deep dish. The middle was luke warm and the sauce was runny. it was similar to putting marinara on cheese sticks...yuck. My wife and I ate 3/4 a piece each of a large pizza and left. I let them know the pizza was under cooked and just received a half hearted sorry...no offer to make a different one or take half off bill...then she asked the hilarious question if we wanted a box for their creation (nope!). So to recap $10 to park, bad service, bad pizza, another $28 for pizza and one drink=horrible time. The place was empty for a reason. The only chance this place has is if they fire the cook or drunk college kids give them business out of desperation. Too many other good places to eat to waste your money on this place.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Food is barely edible, staff is insanely rude and greedy, will never return to this establishment. I strongly recommend no one give these people business. Let me further explain that the post below from the "owner" is a complete lie. The driver did not call until 4am, and did not in fact deliver the food AT ALL. It was not "kept in a fridge" because it wasnt delivered in the first place. Also spoke with the doorman who stated the company did not in fact ever come inside and attempt to deliver the already paid for food. Your restaurant is disgusting, and people only eat there bc its one of the only places open late. Dont kid yourself about having decent food. Furthermore, there are a TON of 1 star ratings for this despicable place, which shows that many people 100% agree that you should no longer have a buisness. Cheers.

The food was amazing. I have ordered out for the pizza before and I was very please. This time around I went into the location. When I went in there was only one other customer there and he had came to the bar to get a refill. I ordered the lasagna and it was amazing! I also ordered a pizza Togo. I was told the wait would only be 25 mins for the pizza. I finished my lasagna and waited for my pizza. It was almost 1:30 later and the guy had not come over to me to ask if I needed anything nor had I gotten a status on my pizza. I had to inquire on the whereabouts of my pizza before I got it. The food is amazing but the service is terrible......... this is an edit. I became ill after I wrote this review. Made it the same day I ate there. I had not had any other food that day. My stomach was in an outrage!

I ordered $50 worth of food from Little Chicago for delivery. When I called an Asian woman with a very thick accent answered. She repeated my phone number back to me 3 times incorrectly and finally said, "Ok, I got it and I asked her if she was sure." I was also unsure she got my address right and wouldnt you know, the food never showed. At 2 hours I called as It was promised in 30-45 min. ALEX (who did not want to give me his name) answered and told me they cancelled the order, SOLD THE FOOD TO OTHER PEOPLE and he could put in the order again and charge me full price. DIDNT EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT. I asked what his bosss name was and he would not give it to me. My friends own tons of restaurants right on Demonbreun. I suggest any of them but LC.

--And to respond to the below, you are a liar. You did not in fact offer compensation you refuse to refund money for food that was never delivered. Also, I have been to your restaurant several times in the past and have NEVER had a pleasant experience. You really should no longer be in business considering how you treat customers. The comment about "ruining your reputation" is laughable. Just look at all the 1 stars and horrible reviews over the past year. --Rude staff members, food always takes FOREVER, not worth it. Desanos down the road has WAY better pizza as does Tailgate Beer. For late night pizza theres Two Boots which is open late and has a friendly and fast moving staff! Stay clear of this place.
