The lady that answered the phone sounded entirely like she didnt want any business, she was very terse and came off as terribly rude. Hung up once the order was given, almost didnt even tell me the total before I asked when she said bye. Awful customer service! The crab rangoon felt undercooked and tasted liked vegetables, and the kung pao beef takes the place of the most boring Chinese food Ive ever had in my entire life. Not only was the sauce so weak I couldnt taste it, but the meat is tough and chewy, Ive literally never before ever worried about being slipped dog meat until now, this is either the worst cut of beef Ive ever had or something. When the only redeeming quality to your dish is the rice and peanuts... you need to rework your dish... looks like Ill never give this place a chance ever again, if the person answering phones at least sounded remotely interested in customers service Id reconsider but forget that, the combined effect is not worth another try in case this was just a fluke. Even the fortune cookies were stale. Not worth the prices, Im currently sitting here wondering after my five bites if I should toss this in the fridge or the trash can...

The outside of the building looks condemned and you can tell it used to be a McDonalds but its family owned and they are very friendly. I love the food but the outside needs work..it makes customers not want to give you a chance because you havent cleaned the lot...trash everywhere. But I will not stop buying from you because you are awesome.

I placed an order for delivery and they told me they would call me back in 20 minutes before I could even leave an address or payment. I then received a call 2 hours later (after ordering from another restaurant) saying "We assumed you would come in for pickup, we have your food ready". Terrible customer service.

Not even a buffet! Rushed over here during my lunch break on work expecting to grab a to go box at a buffet and head back...WRONG. They dont serve buffet anymore, just take out. Then I was overcharged out the butt for a small plate of food that tasted of plastic. Extremely disappointed.

Looks like a abandoned McDonalds, walked in.. no one was around. Ordered take out once, and the place was empty looking desserted and the food was really just cheap, oil coated takeout over steamed brocolli.. the typical crappy chinese placed

I order it to go all the time & its always hot accurate and ready good stuff. Dont need a fancy building a buffet and be friendly kiss asses to serve good food to go people on here are just wanting more than good Chinese to go I guess

This place is awesome when it come down to it. Food quality is great and they arent shy about quantity. Just ordered from them last night and i wasnt disappointed. Excellent service.
