There is a big 1950s feel from the whole joint with colorful seat, decor and music. After seating myself, which by the way the tables were clean, I mean even had that fresh clean smell. The waitress came up within just a minute or 2, was nice, happy and smiling. I ordered the Andys Bacon Cheese, Fries and Chocolate shake. The burger was well cooked, plenty juicy, seasoned well and just as I ordered it. My complaints with it were 2 small things, first, the bun could stand to be toasted a bit to help from getting too soggy from toppings and the juice of the burger. Second, the tomatoes seemed to be water logged and were falling apart. The fries were crinkle cut, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Lastly the chocolate shake was good, but could use more chocolate. Overall I will return and for a burger joint its better than most around this area.

Except for their desserts, their food and drinks have really good prices, and being a penguin in human form, I loved their shrimp. If it wasnt for the fact itd be a 6-mile one-way trip for me to get to, including having to deal with the Death Donuts, Id go fairly often. However, I must dock it a full star point for only having Equal sweetener. I am a Sweet & Low guy, and for Equal to be your only diet sweetener is not good. (Side note...I really embarrassed my waitress when, after I sat down, she asked if I was eating alone I said "Yes, as the person I usually ate with, my mother, died last week". I must admit to chuckling a bit at her misfortune...it was a week before at that same time I was at the funeral home, making final preparations for the sad event.)

This is second time to eat here. It was the first time for my sister. The first time there were tons of people and we got the food in a reasonable time and the service was excellent. This time was terrible! There were not that many people there but it took forever to get our food. I had to go to the counter to get a refill. My wife told the waiter she is gluten and dairy intolerant and after ordering no cheese on her salad it came with cheese. My sister didnt get her half onion ring order. When the checks came they only gave us 1 ticket instead of 2. When I took the check to the counter I told them I did not get the ticket for my meals and he asked me what was on it. Food was good. My sister says she will never go back. I probably wont either.

Has the potential to be a really good restaurant but painfully slow if the place is full. Got there a little before 5:00 and the place was 90% full. To keep with the 50s theme the waitress writes your order and that paper is all that is used. Not very efficient for a high volume restaurant which this should be. Everyone making food has to leave their station to see whats written. If the kid making burgers had a screen the place would be much more efficient. Almost 40 minutes to get two burgers fries and onion rings. Burger and fries were top notch tasty, rings left something to be desired. If they can get their efficiency up it will be a good restaurant. Avoid at busy times for now.

Very slow!!! We tried to give them another try! They told us going in it would be about 30 mins and it is almost an hour now!!! The food was ok but not good enough to wait an hour when they are not that busy! There is some real need of management and training! There is a huge need for time management training!!! There was A LOT of business lost toninght because people were getting up walking out or coming in the door being told it would be a long wait and left! If things do not change they will not be in business long! On a positive note the waitress was very sweet! But the only positive about the evening!

Wasnt impressed at all. I was excited to go looking at the pictures online and their food options but was disappointed. I ordered a shrimp poboy which was a great size and taste good and then I found a hair in it. The fries tasted old, like they had been sitting for awhile. I am a water lover and drink it 95% of the time and their water was so nasty. There is seriously something wrong with their filters or lines whatever it is. So I tried to order what they call orangeaid and it was wayyyy too sweet. You could just taste the sugar in it. I dont see them lasting long if they dont make some tweeks.

Horrible. I sat there and watched the cook patty up a fresh ground burger with rubber gloves on then wipe his hands down the front of a VERY nasty dirty apron and then grab my fries straight out of the basket and put them in a bag and give them to me. I will NEVER eat this restaurant again. Talk about cross contamination. If you eat here better hope you dont get sick with food poisoning. Also the grill was so dirty as he sat there and talked instead of cleaning. Eat here- GOOD LUCK. Youll need it.

Heard. great things about it. Took my family there and it was horrible. Food was so greasy it was inedible. . Server was friendly but never received some of what we ordered. Filthy tables as four employees stood around talking. My son got chicken strips that was undercooked . One of the young men cooking had paper towel stuffed up his nose soaked in blood. Disgusting and will never set foot in the place again. Had to go next door to Mcdonalds to get my kids something to eat

Went here for the first time and I have to say the food was great but the restaurant and service on the other hand wasnt so good. First off its extremely busy but they insist on a seat yourself seating style and we had to chase someone down to get a table cleared. We ordered and to my surprise the food came out extremely quickly but but the waitress forgot about the milkshake we ordered. Long story short the food is worth trying but I will be ordering to go from now on

We arrived Sunday right when they opened at 11 and were done eating our meal and were almost finished with our shakes that we ordered once we finished our entrees by 11:35!! Extremely fast service and all their staff was very attentive. Food was great, the Po Boy Shrimp sandwhich was HUGE and the Po sauce they make "in house " was delicious! Price was reasonable for the amount of food we received!! We will definitely be back sooner than later!!

One of the best burgers Ive ever ate. The fried pickles are equally amazing not super salty and oily like most places, and our waitress was the most polite,respectful waitress Ive ever had ANYWHERE she wanted to know how our experience was and you could tell she was really interested in making us feel very welcome Im wanting to say her name was Ariyana she made the experience that much better. The world needs more people like her.

The atmosphere is great, awesome service, but my burger was cold and the bun was limp and soggy. My onion rings werent very hot either. My sons hotdog was a total fail. The bun was all squished and the hotdog looked old. My husband loved his burger, but he ordered a double burger, so his was probably made last-his was steaming and hot. Ill go back, but Im waiting until theyve been there a while.
