I wouldnt even give this place any stars if I could. I have stopped coming here but we wanted food before a movie and didnt have time Togo to the taco bell on orchard. They first at 12 noon told me the only had two rolled tacos and they were out and could do a 4 pack. Then my daughter is a vegetarian and gets beans instead of meat they got one taco right the rest were wrong I took it back up to the counter and instead of apologizing and correcting it she jumped me and said I never told them I said that was not true and showed them receipt that said sub beans. She never apologized and just said find Ill just throw them away and youll have to wait for new. I am done with this place I could go on and on but needless to say everytime I came to this location I leave pissed.

Im pretty much irritated with how much this place has gone down hill. This food is fantastic but the service and lack of concern for food screw ups is what is killing this place. I get it that some days are better than others as I worked in the restaurant industry for many years but this place has yet to see any improvement. This is a great place to eat but ownership of mistakes is sorely lacking.

After being asked to wait 3 times in the drive-thru they couldnt understand what I wanted when I read it right off the menu to them. Then after another long wait for the food they still forgot my drinks. Then when I went inside to get them the manager shrugged his shoulders at me. I left without drinks I paid for, I think thats thieft.

Ordered here tonight and the service was absolutely terrible. Chris was rude taking my order over the speaker and when I got to the window he rudely asked me "WHAT DRINK YOU WANT?". He then gave me my order but didnt say anything else. He shouldnt be in customer service at all. Im calling tomorrow to complain about my experience.

Horrible service, horrible food. Will never go back. Gave them three tries. Never busy, yet always a wait and then they mess up the order. Staff looked miserable, unkept and were slow. Touching food without gloves, dirty. Nothing positive to say. Go to Wal-Mart if you want good chicken and you can pay less too.

paid 15$ waited 20 minutes without the clerk telling me about the wait. Then after we get the food they managed to screw up the order with a 20 minute buffer, so naturally I try to call the store 4 times to resolve this issue, no one answered the phone left me no option but to call their corporate office.

I love KFC/Taco Bell but this place has terrible service. They almost always get my order wrong and forget things completely. At most Taco Bells, replacing beef with beans isnt a problem but this establishment could not understand the concept at all! All the employees freaked out about it.

Decent service, however communication is not great here between employees and customers. The food is too oily and unhealthy. It is nice that they have a free Go Cup on your next visit if you fill out a review; but be careful in how you place your order, it can be messed up!

The chicken was alright but the cashier gave me an attitude when asked if they would have more of a certain type of chicken. On top of that I had to wait 30 minutes to get macaroni and cheese that was supposed to take 5 minutes to finish baking.

This used to be a great place but as of late the service has been terrible. Waiting 20 minutes for fast food? Just left tonight and didnt order, 8 people waiting for food not one staff member acknowledged us. Never going back!

Just waited in the drive thru for over five minutes without anyone taking my order or acknowledging that I was there. I was the only person in the drive thru. This is not the first time this has happened.

The last few times we ordered 10 pc buckets and found the chicken to be over done and so dried out we couldnt eat it! We wont be coming back to this place!
