TERRIBLE!!!! I think that the owners need to stop screaming at each other. The male Bartender must be married to a woman who works there because he was calling her names and the "C" word and she was yelling back with the same amount of seniority. It was so unprofessional. I ate in the dining room early in the week and was not all that impressed with the food. I didnt have a really bad experience (just listened to all the screaming) so I decided to try out the small bar area later that weekend. This is when it gets bad... I met a friend at the bar around 11:45pm and there were maybe 8 other people there as well. I was not greeted at all and I waited 10 minutes before the Bartender stopped chatting with a few people to finally ask me if I wanted anything. I usually dont mind waiting but the bartender (who i found out was the owner) noticed me three times and just ignored me. I wasnt upset, It felt very strange. It was like he didnt want to serve me. I had two drinks and was asked to leave at 15 minutes to closing time. I was very polite and started to take the last few sips of my drink. As I was doing so I asked him his name. He said," It doesnt matter what my name is because you need to get out." I was very offended and was only asking so that I could greet him later if I came back. I told him he was very rude and that I was only being friendly. His response was, "Well you dont know me and you have to be a regular for me to be friendly." I hadnt spoken to him at all before hand and was sitting at the bar talking with a friend during that hour so I wasnt sure how I could have offended him. I even laid down an $8 tip for an $11 tab. I left promptly at 10 minutes to 1am thinking, "WOW, How are you supposed to become a regular if you are treated like that? As we were leaving a nice patron told me he was rude because his mistress was inside the bar waiting for him to close down so they could %$#&. I didnt know this person but he saw that I had teared up over the incident and told me to come back another night when he wasnt so moody and eager to close. Well let me tell you, I will NEVER go back there again.

Weve frequented this establishment before and have always been just kind of meh about it. The lack of customers at 7pm on their famous stuffed burger night should be a clue that things arent going well. We recently visited with guests visiting from out of state. The service was atrocious. We were one of TWO tables in the whole place, arrived before the other table and ordered before the other table and our food showed up at least 15 minutes after the other table. We had a small child with us and when I asked if they had a kids menu they said no but that they could make a grilled cheese. We ordered that and 3 of the stuffed burgers. The food finally arrives and the "grilled cheese" is two pieces of cold toast with barely melted cheese on it. No refills were brought until we asked. Then we get the bill and the "grilled cheese" for a 1 year old was more expensive than the stuffed burgers. We wont return, the food and service arent worth it.

We came here because we heard the burgers were good. We arrived close to closing time so they were out of a few menu items, but we orders the Say Cheese burgers. As soon as I got mine I noticed there was a strong smell to it. When I bit into it, it definitely did not taste fresh. But I added ketchup and mustard and gave it another try. I managed to eat half of it before asking my friend to taste it. She agreed it was not fresh at all. She as soon as I opened the burger she could smell it. I told the waitress, who then told the owner. He looked at us and said that it was fresh meat, it comes individually packaged and is frozen. He didnt bother to smell or taste it. I can guarantee this was not fresh meat. It was either left out to long and it turned brown, left out defrosted and refrozen or cooked on a dirty griddle with old grease. Will never go there again and will not recommend.

When I walked up to the Hounds Blue Moon, I knew something was wrong when there were no cars in the parking lot. The sign is on the front of the building but the door is on the side, there are alot of doors on the outside making it very confusing where the main entrance is, all the doors were locked except the main entrance. when I was greeted by the waitress the first thing she says is we dont allow outside drinks I had a bottle of filtered water because I dont like tap water. so I was forced to walk back to my car because this stupid place says we cant determine whats in the water basically accusing me of sneaking in alcohol lol. the food was bad, and the sauce for the mozarella sticks tasted very old and unfresh. the mozarella sticks fell apart but the cheese in them was so stringy i could barely chew it. salad was boring, there was basically noone there at 6pm. Ill never be back.

Went there for the first time last week. Walked in and almost every table was taken. It was $4.99 stuffed hamburger night so we ordered a couple of burgers. After waiting and waiting, looked around and realized no one had their food and no food was coming out of the kitchen. I was waiting to hear Chef Ramsey swearing from the kitchen. After about 40 minutes, burgers started coming out but they were the wrong ones for some of the tables. We got ours and ate it and the couple next to us, who had been there way before us, still didnt have their food. Not one staff member stopped by to fill up drinks or ask anything. We will never go back!

So I went there with my family tonight for the fish fry and this gentleman tells us itll be at least a half hour wait because theyre really under staffed tonight, the place was no where near packed...sounds like a personal problem to me. Never going back. Glad we left and went to Brodys, good food n drinks and seated quickly!

I dont know what these people are talking about.... This place is awesome. The food is great and they offer unique menu options. The stuffed burgers are one of a kind. They also have this modernized jukebox that allows you to be the DJ. I go to hounds for the food,music and the all around good vibes.

Great selection of stuffed burgers on burger night. The nacho plate is about the best Ive ever had as they layered chips and topping. Pricing is average and service is as well. With fresh made food it takes time dont expect fast food speed in a sit down family establishment.

The food was terrible. The prime rib was over cooked. The bartender sounded like he was a ship worker on the dock using the F-word numerous times loud enough to be heard in the restaurant. Last time I ever go there.
