My sister and I ordered online. Online it says this location closes at 10pm. When I got there to pick up our food the doors were locked and the worker stood there looking at me and tapping her wrist. When she came to the door finally after telling her through the window that my order was waiting on the shelf. She handed me my food and told me they closed at 9. Then I told her the website says 10, she told me that they tried to call Google to have it changed but nothing happens. I then asked if I should go thru the drive thru next time and she rudely told me "make sure youre here before 9" As a customer I should never be talked to like that. Also if there is a pick up waiting, then they shouldnt lock the doors till it has been picked up.

This New Years Eve, my friends and I went here to grab a bite to eat. It was 10 minutes before closing and one of the staff ladies working simply shook her head at us as we were approaching the door, telling us we couldnt come in. Then she passive aggressively waved goodbye at us. Whoever these staff were, they need to be fired. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will not be eating here ever again, you have officially lost my business as a customer.

I had ordered dinner for me and my wife and when I got home things werent totally right so when I called I talked to Dave who was beyond helpful and understanding and helped me get everything right and offered to make the order right. Dave is extremely helpful and wanted to know how to make things right with his team for the future. Hats off to quality management and customer service Dave. Happy wife happy life and without Dave Id be on the couch tonight

I have been eatting there for a long time,the last time I was there I ordered Mac n cheese,roll,soda,then I ordered 6 of the christmas stocking cooking,the sign said half dozen for 9.99, when I got back to the table I relized they charted me 2.59 each.when I walked to the counter and told the girl she rolled her eyes at me and said the manager can deal with it.very rude.I will not return ther.the manager was very nice

They always have great service everytime Ive been there. One of the nicest managers Ive ever encountered in the food industry works there and you pay for quality of both food and people. So anyone complaining about price needs to look at the bigger picture. Thank you Ryan for being so helpful.

Bought one of their large salads. When I opened it up, it was more like a small dinner salad. I have bought these same salads at Texas Road House and Josephs Markets and theirs were twice with as big. Very disappointed with Panera, and will not go back to this location.

Compared to other locations in the area, this Panera is one of the best. Food is always spot-on, service is friendly, and the dining clean/quiet. Well worth the drive from Crystal Lake.
