I will start off by saying that Panera Bread in general has some pretty good food. However, I am sorely disappointed with this specific location. My wife and I stopped by for a quick meal at around 7:40 PM on a Sunday night. I was worried that they would be closed so I checked the closing time and it said 9:00 PM on Sunday. There was a sign on the door that said they would be closing an hour early for a meeting. I thought that was a bit odd, but checked my watch again and figured I was about 20 minutes early for their adjusted closing time. If this had been a sit down restaurant that had to cook some food for us I probably would have been courteous and left without an issue. I dont want the staff to have to work much past closing time. However, this is a fast food restaurant. It should take them 5 minutes at most to serve us so I figured they could oblige my pregnant wifes craving for some tomato soup. We walked in and we were immediately turned away by a woman saying "We closed at 7:00." I sat there a little confused. I have never been to a restaurant that turns away customers during business hours. If they closed at 8:00 PM like their sign indicated, why couldnt they take the 5 minutes (conservative estimate) it takes to serve soup to some customers considering it would still leave them 10 minutes to spare before their changed closing time? Why did their sign say they closed at 8:00 PM when they actually closed at 7:00 PM? Overall poor experience. I will opt to make soup at home from now on. If this establishment does not have time for me, I do not have time for them.

Sorry to say that the quality and accuracy misses the mark. After a long wait for my to-go order, I drove all the way home - and my daughter & I settled in to eat our meal (which we identical Pick-2). When we pulled them out of the bag there were 2 different size soups (not sure which was correct) but the smaller broccoli cheese was right and the larger was some kind of bight orange squash soup - great if you wanted/liked that kind but not for me. Read the receipt & it boldly states that "quality matters" so I called back and young girl says "oh just come back in and well replace it". Sorry, but a round trip half hour drive to replace a cup of soup is ridiculous. She then said shed put my name behind the counter for the next time I come it. Expained that I dont usually come to this location but was on my way past that day, and also didnt want this to be my responsibility to make this right. She then offerred to mail me some kind of coupon and would mail it on her way home that day. A full week later and NOTHING. To make matters worse, the sandwiches werent up to par either...Very Dry and then I bit into the red onion "slice" and it turned out to be the stem/rind part that anyone would have thrown out during prep. Come on guys! This kind of quality is so VERY POOR!

The food was consistent just like all Paneras Ive been to. But, during my visit to this Panera, the bathroom cleanliness was comparable to a below average truck stop. Its one thing if somebody makes a mess and it doesnt get cleaned up for a while, but this seemed like a prolonged period of neglect. Even the lid to the garbage can had mold on it. Im not a squeamish person, but food does not taste as good after a bathroom experience like that.

Horrible service. The cashiers smile would turn into a frown when I arrive, or when other customers arrive. God forbid me for not wanting tomato on my sandwich, because the cashier rolls her eyes when I asked. A friend also mentioned to me that there has been arguments between employees and if thats the case, then the entire store needs improvement on becoming more professional (thats even if they want business).

Staff is polite and prompt when they dont get distracted by socializing (which isnt often). Food delivery within is poor. It worked so much better when everybody just picked up their own orders from the counter. Associates doing the delivery occasionally let your food sit on the counter for several minutes and dont always search the while facility before giving up. They also frequently run out of bread bowls.

They really couldnt help it , but they got slammed with the lunch rush today (Sat. 6/10) and the conditions got downright messy in there! I guess 20,000 soccer players in town really did the restaurants in, but Im just not used to seeing a Panera in that condition: no paper towels in br, floors were a mess, ice teas were out. The place was a mess! But the food ? The same high-end quality as always! Delicious!

This is the worst Panera in the Chicago suburbs and I have been to many. The food us fine and the servers pleasant. The management is terrible however. You can wait 10 minutes in the morning rush hour for a cup of coffee. This morning the line is out of the door and people are arriving and leaving with nothing. There are several options to organize this process for greater efficiency.

Regularly my order is screwed up. I always order a tuna sandwich w/onion only and ask for center cut (no edge pieces) bread. At least 50% its Fd up. Apparently not being able to read is all it takes to get a job here. The crew here really are amongst the dumbest subhumans in all of Aurora.

Paid $9 for a steak sandwich. 2/3 of the bread had no meat or cheese just bread. We got a ham sandwich and it was the same. $40 for three people to get soup and sandwiches and there is barely anything on the sandwich. I feel robbed

Ordered mac n cheese and it was half way filled. This has never happened at any other locations Ive gone too. Not to mention the guy making it was very rude and not pleasant. I believe his name is Kyle. What a waste of money!

Extremely expensive. No flavor in the food whatsoever. Coffee doesnt taste like coffee, more like they just scooped up some dishwater and put a lid on it. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Always enjoy this location. I go here for lunch during work 1 or 2 times a week, and usually do the rapid pick up option from their app. It saves time and is always exactly how i like it.

Ordered the steak white cheddar panini and the steak was still raw. There was blood dripping from the panini and was visible on the bread. Would not recommend at all!!
