Tomato and Mozzarella flatbread had 2 super thin slices of tomato, you could hardly find any mozzarella and there were about 2 pieces of baby arugula. I went back to ask for more mozzarella and the employee then put the sandwich in the press again. He gave me the sandwich back which was now extremely hot, the flatbread was burnt, crispy and dry. I cant believe I spent about $5.50 for that sandwich, what a let down. I also noticed right away that this employee that was putting food items together had a black beard which was not covered with a hair net. My husband heard him say to another customer that they were getting beard hairnets. Obviously someone else was not comfortable with that either. If you look at the advertised picture of my sandwich and the description, they could not have possibly been the same sandwich. The worst part is that the employee gave the attitude that he could care less about the quality of the sandwich he was handing a customer. I dont think that Panera in Oswego will be my next choice for a meal. I have not had a problem with other Paneras that I have visited.

It used to be nice here, now it is dirty on the tables because no one cleans them when people leave, the service is rude and slow too... Worst of all it is DIRTY. The silverware is dirty and is just disgusting.... Not wrapped in a napkin like any other restaurant that provides their guests with silverware so someone is handing you the fork or the spoon and you dont know if they touched the top of it where youre going to be putting it in your mouth, its disgusting, last time I was here with my mom and our forks were dirty and I had to ask for a plastic fork for both of us which also wasnt wrapped in foil, and again handed to me, because plastic silverware isnt set out to take if you need it. All in all, we both got infections in the mouth due to bacteria and it is because of the silverware since we both used it before getting the plastic. Obviously they do not clean their silverware. I will not be coming back until this place start to look CLEAN again. I am so disappointed and mad because of what happen to me here.

Never has anything you want except for items they deem to be seasonal favorites. Also if you are trying to pick up breakfast you might as well go somewhere else because they literally throw away and stop making every key breakfast item at their own discretion. They say breakfast Is served till 10:30am but Ive been there for the past 5 days between 9:45-10:10 and they always say they have stopped serving for the day because of the lack of customer request for breakfast items. What???? So you mean to tell me that you throw away profit and resources because there isnt large enough volume of customers to justify you keeping a small category of items open to the time you have established??? Thats the equivalent of someone throwing away a whole unopened carton of eggs at 9am because they thought they couldnt eat them all by 10:30am. So unless you want the thin top of a muffin for the price of a full one I would suggest going elsewhere that cares about their customers.

This is the worst panera to go to. They NEVER get things right. Food looks like trash. They forget chicken on your salad. They forget the dressing for yr salad. Your sandwich looks like someone already ate the chicken and sent it back. I am disappointed every time i go here. I went to the panera at danada in Wheaton and could not believe the difference in quality of food. Someone needs to do something about this Oswego location.

This Panera has some of the friendliest workers I have encountered - they made my morning when I stopped by the other day. I had to wait on my order since they dont get asked for jugs of hot chocolate often, but they were chipper and provided baked goods and coffee, which was a very pleasant surprise. I will make a point to go back here.

Food was fine just like every other Panera, however, order was not correct even after repeating the order. Went back after receiving incorrect order and the workers acted like they didnt know what a bread bowl looked like. They were friendly, just seemed like everyone here was a little clueless.

Only giving the review 2 stars because the food was ok but nothing better. Other than that my ordered was messed up, did not receive my side of chips. They also ran out of dinner rolls on a Sunday afternoon. Not to mention there are flys flying around while you are trying to enjoy your food.

Love their chicken Thai salad. I get it every time I go to a Panera. My kid gets soup in a breadboard. But with a side of bread or chips? Its kind of carb overkill. Unless you want an apple..prices are $$$$, but every once in a while its worth it. Clean place and bathroom.

Good place to get healthy food. Staff are nice. Food get made pretty fast. Place is clean. Nice place to eat and relax or hang with friend or family. Place is also nice to study or catch up on work. Price is a little high but the quality of food vs the price is worth it.

As many others have said.....this place used to be good. Now my orders are wrong more than 50% of the time, slow service, and when I do go inside....I wish I didnt. So if you like to throw your money in the toilet, just save yourself the trouble and do that at home.

Thought Id give them another chance... Should have known better! Mid afternoon, ordered a Southwest Chile chicken salad, took forever to get, even though there were no other orders. Got home and realized there was no chicken on the salad. Disappointed again!

Too expensive for near zero organic options. $5 for the smallest cup of mac n cheese I have ever seen, and it isnt even that great. Only thing I will even attempt to eat here is their bread. that gave them 2 stars, but even then, it is grossly overpriced.

Always hard to find a clean table. Saturday morning just not enough people working on customer service. Manager complaining out loud to employees about someone wanting a dozen bagels not giving enough notice. Sorry dude thats the fast food business.

The food is very good there, fresh, heathy options, and a great bakery. Coffee is pretty good and I like the help yourself coffee bar and pop. Condiments were easily accessible. I like the vegetarian options.

I go in to order and all I hear is a manager screaming. I get that people mess up but this is very inappropriate in front of customers, I will not be returning if the employees are treated like that.

Excellent customer service! The employees do a great job setting the tone for a true sense of community. Spacious seating and a great place for small groups to gather.

I order large catering orders for my company about 3 times a month. The food is always pretty good. I just wish they would answer the phone and not make me call back.
