Came here with my family for mothers day in the evening. first time here, we waited for about 5 minutes to be seated when the place was clearly empty. Afterwards we waited about another 5 minutes for our waitress to show up and say hi. She brought us waters and I asked if they had any hot teas available. She said she wasnt sure but didnt bother to go check. I asked her if they had any sweet tea, they only offer Brisk (gross). I stuck with my water and the table ordered 3 beers. She came back about 10 mins later with the beers but brought one of them wrong. She paid no mind when we told her it was wrong. We placed our order finally after about 30 minutes of waiting. We waited about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Not worth the wait. The lobster ravioli looked microwaved and had no lobster but ALL cheese. The ribs were dry as a bone and baked, not smoked. The cod was flavorless. The chicken sandwhich was tiny as can be. We asked the waitress that 3 orders were missing the coleslaw and a pickle and she said "were out of that." I asked her, "why didnt you tell us that before?" She replied "people dont like coleslaw and we always throw it away so I didnt think you wanted any." Well we happen to love coleslaw and were very displeased at the rude service here. The only thing these people can get right is charging customers, the waffle fries, and waters. That is all. I do not recommend eating here, go to Romas down the street instead.

The staff here is hit or miss. We were told it would be about a 15 minute wait for a table, however we noticed the hostess was seating people who came in after us. I got a wee bit pissed off when she seated a couple who has just come in. My husband went up to the hostess to inquire about why she was seating people before us and as she had no explanation, she then seated us right away. I dont think the hostess knows her job or hasnt been trained properly. We had a good server for lunch about a week ago and the worst service ever last night. She was friendly enough but thats where it ended. We ordered pizza; after she brought it she never checked back. I had to actually yell across the room to her at one point to get refills on our drinks. I got a "to go" box myself to pack up the remaining pizza to take home; not a chance that she would have checked back to see if we needed one. When she brought the bill, she never came back to get the money, so we just left it on the table and departed. I wont say Id never go back but will order the pizza to go the next time. Note to owners - TRAIN YOUR STAFF!

We were seated immediately and after a short time our server Jessica came to get our drink orders. We got our beverages immediately and we had a longer wait for our orders to be taken. It wasnt too long, but it was a wait. We got mozzarella sticks and they were the best ones Ive had in a while. They seemed baked instead of fried, which made them less greasy. My mom got her salad and aside from having to cut it more, she enjoyed it. After another semi-long wait, we got the dinner bread. That bread was delicious. Another wait and we finally got our meals. Let me tell you, those meals were GREAT! Very filling. The steak was cooked to perfection and my mom said her Italian beef was "large and delicious" The price is a little high, but its worth it. My mom left a 25% tip, Jessica provided great service. 10/10, would eat here again.

Went for two birthday celebrations. However the server could have cared less that the group was there to celebrate the special occasion. Horrible service, didnt give kids kids menu didnt ask for kids food or drink. Nor did the server refill any drinks throughout the meal. Appetizers where cold and soggy and the food was little to desire. If you want to feel like you are just giving their staff money out your poket then come here because the word service was no where to be found. Sad that my first experience will be my only one

First time visit, we had fries with Romano cheese and cheese nuggets as an appetizer- DELICIOUS!! Stony burger, pep thin crust pizza, steak salad- Did not disappoint! Loved every but if this place! Came on a Friday evening, waited for about 10 min. Our server Shelby is very attentive and kind! Great intimate atmosphere for family. Cant wait to come back here and bring more family members! Price is Awesome and they are very generous with their food

The food is subpar and the service is slow. Our last time there, the pizza was served visibly burnt on both the top and bottom. The time before that I ordered chicken Alfredo, which consisted of "grilled" chicken that was definitely boiled with no flavor nor grill marks in sight, watered down Alfredo sauce, and frozen veggies from a bag, as indicated by the tiny cubed carrots. Im giving 2 stars because the bar is decent.

The food is fairly good and the setting is nice but its extremely loud and ridiculously packed out. Every. Single. Night. Expect to wait at least an hour for a table. My wife and I dont go any more, because we cant even hear ourselves stare into each others eyes, let alone have a conversation. One night we actually left because I couldnt master ordering in sign language.

I love how people nowadays use review forums to find the smallest, most insignificant things to complain about. I found the service and food to be just fine. The cost and quality of food was what to expect for what they were charging. At the end of the day, if youre complaining about lighting or what u feel they should charge then it could be much worse!

Atmosphere is so cool. Love the layout and the food is great! Big shout out to Ron Kaiser who is so cool and kind and to two of the cooks Martin and Jose who do an amazing job in the kitchen! Most of the wait staff is awesome ( Justin rocks) but a few are a little snobby and cranky only reason for 4 stars. Give this place a try..youll love it!

Hard to say if they have lots of turnover, especially in the kitchen, but its been years since Ive had anything I actually enjoyed here. Everything I order is either underdone or burnt to a crisp. Wheres the happy medium? Atmosphere is kinda nice though, especially if they have the big wood-burning fireplace going on a cold winter night.

First of all place is to damn dark on the interior & couldnt really see the menu....Burger i ordered was just ok...flavorless! The Waitress was just there if that makes sense lol...overall i wouldnt recommend this place but if this is the only place to eat in town then i guess i would drive somewhere else!

Extremely positive experience! The ambiance takes you to a different world. The service is outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating. The food is phenomenal! They were able to customize my dish to meet my dietary needs beyond my expectations. I will visit them again!!!
