The food was all in all good, but the people working here are horrible. I came in and ate with my family. My sister had recently ate already since she didnt know we were all going to go out and eat together, but she still accompanied us by ordering a drink and sitting there with us. Our waiter was utterly rude and judgemental! He made her seem "broke" for not ordering anything not knowing what the situation actually was like. Then as he kept coming back to "check" on us, he kept bringing up the fact that she didnt order anything. Terrible service.

After having the worst experience ever at the Pizza Hut down the street, my fiancee and I decided to go to IHOP. Best decision ever. We received the best service from a cute and bubbly server named Sarah. She was amazing at making sure our dining experience was great. I highy recommend to skip the pizza and see Sarah at IHOP for great service and amazing pancakes. Thank you Sarah for the great service youre awesome!!!!

IHOP is one of my preferred places to eat and as I drive around the Chicago area, and today was the first time I believe that Ive eaten at this particular location. The meal was excellent - it was cooked and presented very well. Not every place maintains the quality that you might expect but this was very impressive and one of the better places Ive eaten in. My compliments to the chef.

The only thing I liked about this restaurant is staring at the boogers under my table. When I got the food, I saw a used band-aid, a used condom, and Miley Cyrus left nut. I saw gangs coming in and humping the food and it was actually attractive which is why I gave another star. I saw men beating off in the corner, and I am now traumatized

Came in for my boyfriends birthday and a girl wanted a kids order and gave us a dirty look and said that it wasnt acceptable, first she didnt give us straws, then she didnt give the girl a kids order , then the machine was down for tea , wtf whats next? Terrible Service in Waukegan I prefer Dennys , they are not judgmental !

I came to shop after not going for a while (about 5 years) pancakes are great but it seems the prices went up while, amount of food went down. Food was great, but not as great as some of the family owned restaurants in waukegan/gurnee

This is my FAVORITE IHOP. The food is always excellent and their servers are always checking on you, making sure you are having a good experience. If you eat here you will not be disappointed!

My girlfriend amd I had brunch here today and we both got sick. There was hair in my french toast, and I had to send my eggs back and they came back MICROWAVED!!! So gross, CLOSE DOWN PLEASE!

The service was just fine but the seats were a bit lumpy and I wish my salad dressing had not come in a package but for a sit down restaurant, IHOP is a favorite!

Not nearly as good as the IHOP Ive been too in Coeur dalene. I didnt like their mocha flavored coffee, it tasted like eggnog but the food was still decently good
