Panera staff made my experience from meh to great! On a warm, sunny Saturday afternoon, the patio was full the the patrons were thirsty. I was waited in line while 2 other patrons just sneaked right ahead of me. I wasnt going to throw elbows at kids, but the trend was getting annoying. All I needed was an ice tea. By the time it was my turn, the friendly and understanding staff, said "No worries! Its on the house." This locations Panera staff is keen and has great service.

Unfortunately, complaints and suggestions are answered, apathetically, with reference to corporate policy. The staff members are likable. Some are poorly trained and communicate errantly. You do best here by helping yourself and expecting little from the staff members other than their scripted performances. The food is moderately good. The location is at Wilmettes crossroads and the patronage is good. People enjoy meeting at the Wilmette restaurant.

I had to drop off my car to have some work done so I decided to stop by this Panera. After being freezing from the walk and nice hot cup of coffee warmed up my soul. The Bacon Turkey Bravo is always my go to sandwich of choice. The dining room was clean and the staff was extremely polite. I even got my free cookie for my birthday.

Maybe cause you are rude and make your order so complicated a mistake is bound to happen. The staff there is wonderful the managers take care of anything you need And the atmosphere is amazing. You cannot find a better Panera .

The food has gone downhill here. I watched the food being made and it was really careless. I rarely send something back but the sloppy sandwich I was given looked and tasted awful. (Mediterranean veg.)

They only allow 30 min for wifi and keep resetting your connection. I would rather use internet through my phone and I am a software developer / web developer

Nice staff and good food/coffee. Parking was just OK. But, the WiFi (which was the most important component of my visit as I was working) was very poor.
