THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY BUSINESS. I purchased my wedding cake at this location and they completely lost my order. On the day of my wedding I contacted "La Baguette" to check on my order and they said they didnt have any documentation of the cake and said there was nothing they could do. I, however kept my receipt which it fully showed the complete order and the payment I had made for the cake. In the end over my insistence, they made a cake but it was 4 feet long and flat. It was a total disaster. I will do everything possible to make sure they amend their mistakes. This is completely unacceptable. I have made multiple attempts to speak to the manager and the workers refuse to allow me to speak to anyone with seniority and will not give me the manager or owners name. If you want a trouble-free wedding/party cake delivery, DO NOT have your cake made at this location.

Very disappointing, went there few days before to place an order , so I would have a fresh cake for thanksgiving, girl was nice but didnt speak much English, came the day of the pickup first they told me cake isnt ready yet as my pick up was 10 am , and I told the lady the day I order that Ill be there in between 8-10 , they told me to wait an hour and thanks they gave me a cake from the fridge that wasnt even fresh , Im very very disappointed as I drove from Gurnee and if it wouldnt be for thanksgiving and the fact that I had people coming in would drive back and return the cake cause it wasnt worth the time and money.

I baugh a 8 inch cake that was not only overpriced but had a hair baked in the cake. When i called to complain about it she said that i am a lier and i must have put the hair in it. I have more than 150 people working for me and I would not lie for a cake that had hair baked in it. The lady was unprofessional insted of apologizing she started shouting at me. I would never buy from them ever. I give this bakery 0 star

The smell of the bread and pastries baking is just soooo good. They have amazing elephant ears and other pastries. I have not tried something that I did not like. They also usually have samples at the counter. They also bake cakes for special occasions including weddings, birthdays, etc. The bakery is clean and charges very little for their products. I got a whole bag of pastries for under $5. Love it!

The amazing smells when you walk into this place makes me salvate even after a full meal. They have a huge assortment of delicious pastries to choose from.While their churros arent the best Ive ever had (too doughy), they are only $1 so its hard to complain when you can a craving and cant make it to Xoco. While the doughnuts and elephant ears are tempting my favorite is definitely their take on cheesecake.

A gem in Andersonville. The bread pudding is the best Ive had in a long time, not better than my grans though. The items are surprisingly inexpensive. The fresh fruit topping cakes look delicious. Try these guys out.
