I bring two friend from Amsterdam - Holland, to drink a cool beer close to my house on Saturday night, around 11:00PM also a new place for myself, We sit for around 25 minutes, nobody come to our table located on front of the bar, we left the place and even that, nobody react or said something about that, they complete ignore us. You guys lose a client! Lleve dos amigo de Amsterdam - Holanda, a beber una cerveza fría cerca de mi casa en la noche del sábado, a eso de las 23:00 también un nuevo lugar para mí, nos sentamos durante unos 25 minutos, nadie vino a nuestra mesa situada en la parte frontal del bar, nos fuimos del lugar e incluso eso, nadie reacciono o nos dijo algo al respecto, nos ignoraron completamente. Perdieron un cliente, NO VUELVO MAS!!

Unfortunately I went there with my friend and felt extremely disrespected. We sat at booth in the bar around 930 pm on a Tuesday night and who ever was in charge of the station never stopped by, nor greet, no menus, nothing. Bartenders just talked to each other while sitting there being ignored or maybe even made fun of my friend got upset and wanted to leave. I told him we should bring it up to the managers attention and when we went by kitchen area the girl that asked us what was wrong was extremely rood and gave us really weird looks. Feeling so un conformable already after asking to speak to manager waited for a while and just decided to take her name. Jenna Qualey. The girl that we asked to speak to manager yelled at coworker right in my ear. She excused manager saying they had no host to seat people as it was very slow and with no one to help us we looked over and manager looked at us from across the room and turned her head. We just walked out.

I’ve visited the Twin Peaks restaurant in Wheeling now twice in the past month. Both times it has been a very nice experience. Right from the time we get in and greeted by the hostesses, to sitting availability and the good food and drinks at a very reasonable price for the area. There is a bonus of being served by a great waiting crew with a very unique dress code and personality to go with their service skills just make this place exceptional to visit. Our waitress on my last visit, Cortnie, was very attentive to our table service needs kept us entertained with her charming personality. I always appreciate good quality food at a descent price and some professional service. Thank you… Jose H.

I had dinner here on a Sunday evening, and it was a lot emptier than I wouldve thought. I had The Catch, a salmon dish with sweet potatoes and vegetables on the side. The salmon had a rubbery, dry texture that in my experience salmon gets when its been frozen. My server seemed to take a long time getting around to my table, especially considering how empty it was. And the food was cheap but the portions were small, for an American restaurant. If you think mediocre service and unsatisfying food can be made up for by scantily dressed waitresses, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go to a real restaurant and then hit the strip club afterwards.

Maybe because it was fight night, IDK...just felt like we were a burden to the waitress. Granted it was busy but there was a time lapse in between beverages. When I inquired about a dish on the menu to our waitress replied "Well I guess, its not something I would choose but people order it." A. Didnt answer my question. B. I dont care about your personal choices. It seemed like the workers were all gloomy. Maybe the 4 of us still tipping at 20% might help. I know that on a night like this table turn over is way slower than normal. I dont feel like I should be treated differently though. 1st bad experience at a Twin Peaks ever.

Food was average OK but They need to hire some pretty friendly girls if there trying to compete with hooters. If I wanted to see less than average looking women acting snooty I can just go to the local mall. The hiring manager must be desperate for anyone to work there. So Sorry.. .. Im not impressed. Service was not acceptable and Im just disappointed. I bit into something hard in my taco that hurt my tooth. Waitress screwed up our order. Ugliest waitress Ive ever seen at a place where pretty is a supposed to be important.... if they are ugly they at least better be nice!

Horrible place to go just left the place frustrated first sat the bar ordered a beer waited for my friend then closed out the tab went to a booth and no server came to the table even the bartender didnt notify anyone to come serve us even after I tiped her after that we asked for a manger 15 mins didnt come by at all wasnt even busy all we got was her name jenna Qualey I could see her in the corner looking and ignoring us what kind of management. Super shocked thank ram for being next door I ADVISE YOU GO RAM NEXT DOOR WAY BETTER SERVICE. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.

I called to ask if their kitchen is open late ,Whoever answered the phone was super unprofessional and ignorant, was constantly talking to someone in tue background throughout the conversation, just for that i am not going there ,..... i just finished diner there ( nothing around was open at that time ) gotta be honest , food is good. Wings are great , stake is ok , fries are awesome, also sides are good too , had the asparagus and carrots and potatos also very good, service though is pretty bad ...

Im currently sitting in their restaurant... its been 30 mins since they took our drink order and nothing. We spoke with the manager (which also took an unbelievable amount of time to see) because their bus boy spilled a tray of condiments on my friends leather jacket. Game 7 of the World Series with service like this is utterly disappointing. Staff appropriately and take care of your paying customers. I cant say Im looking to come back. Not after service like this.

service sucked and so did the managers attitude when he brought over a hot plate of fries and i commented how my nachos didnt come with refried beans. instead of apologizing i was told there were beans on the nachos and they only give two ounces. if there was really beans on the nachos two ounces wouldnt have done any good given the nachos are so big. the manager just lost a customer over two ounces of beans, cold fries and horrible service.

Nice place to watch tv and attractive girls in skimpy uniforms. Otherwise, overpriced and the food is nothing spectacular. Their burgers are only cooked to medium well (aka garbage) and consist of such seasonings as salt, more salt and a little salt. The frosted beer mugs are not dried before frozen, so there are chunks of ice in every beer. Music to be played during football game commercials ran over the game audio. Will not return.

After a late arrival I tried to go in for some wings and to relax. Unfortunately, not one waitress, busboy, cook, manager - no Twin Peaks employee - so much as acknowledged my presence. It was only 11, the bar area was busy-ish. Youd think one of the three wait staff that looked my way would have at least acknowledged me. Wont be back to this location. Only awarding one star because I am required to in order to post.
