Play here regularly through out the summer, course is in great shape, since they hired the new superintendent 2 years ago the overall course conditions have improved dramatically. Greens are some of the best in the area now, a little on the fast side so be prepared. read some reviews on slow pace of play but have never had a problem here, always see rangers on saturday and sunday mornings and never played slower that 4:30 hours. Maybe spend the extra couple bucks and play in the morning instead of playing at 1:30 in the afternoon on a weekend when you are behind outings and 150 other customers.

Dont bother making a tee time online. Theyll just give it away to someone else. Guys in the pro shop claim the online booking system is "over their head." Booked a tee time days in advance online, got there and theyd given my slot to someone with a "permanent tee time" (although the system allowed me to book into that slot). Their proposed accommodations for giving away my tee time were weak and inadequate. What a complete waste. I wont be back, and if youre reading this, dont waste your time with this place.

Got a really good deal playing here during an unusually warm October, 2010. Despite it being late in the season, the course was in excellent condition. Even the rough felt like fairway. The abundance of water alongside the holes made for an enjoyable challenge - avoiding the water twice with 2 monster drives over some trees by a mere 2 feet really made my (lucky) day but I still saw my share of big splashes. Small side note: some of the nicest (and cleanest) on-course bathrooms Id ever seen.

Id give this place 0 stars if I could. If you enjoy 6 hours rounds then this is the course for you. Ive played here twice. 1st time I left after it took 45 minutes to play 3 holes. Came back and played it through, no change. Worst managed course Ive ever played. I beg everyone to stop giving this place money and wait until they are forced to sell to people who know how to run a golf course. No rangers or players assistant to make their rounds and hurry up the pace of play.

Speed up the pace of play by cutting the greens to a reasonable level. If youre above the hole you cannot stop a putt. So your average Joe who cant break 100 is three and four putting every green and taking 6 hours to finish a round. The course is in great shape but I dont enjoy playing here anymore. Stop trying to make the course more than it is! Its a short muni track that used to be fun to play and the pace was fine, but youre ruining it.

Nice track for a public course, but they have to space the 4somes out better so its not always a logjam at 2,3,4. Get a bartender that cares. Mix in a quality hot dog brand and have the rangers grow a pair to tell slow players to speed it up.

I took my dad here for Fathers Day and the course was in great shape. We got rained out on the 12th hole, but for the holes we did play we really enjoyed it. I plan on coming back and finishing my game soon.

Nice course, good service. Big improvement since the last time I was there many years ago.
