FYI we close inside 9:30pm. Drive thru is open till 10pm. We dont have much variety because the cooks stop cooking at 9:30pm. The teriyaki chicken literally comes out and 5 minutes later its gone. Its a popular dish and EVERYONE wants it. Eveyone reading this needs to atleast understand, were human and cant be perfect. We get rude customers all the time and we tend to be nice because we are just nicely doing OUR job. We call out the food as were supposed to but the cooks can only handle so much. Some people are so very understanding and we really appreciate that. Some of you customers are so rude not all but some. We try our hardest to make it a great experience for you guys. Yes they may make mistakes , yes they may look all mean and stuff but have you thought about that were human too?! It bothers me because people complain about the teriyaki taking too long. Of course it takes 20 mins to cook, im sure you dont want the chicken raw. Just a heads up for you guys and if you know Drive thru takes forever thats because sometimes its only 1 person on drive thru they take your order down, make your order, and they charge you as well. If you dont like going on drive thru then just come inside its better.

Terrible experience. Employees never smile I ordered my plate and they told me only 2 minutes to wait. I waited 10 minutes and they kept preparing all the plates for other customers. Then the people in my party got their food and sitting and eating while I stand there waiting. Then they tell me ok your chicken will take another 15 minutes. I asked her why did you not say this 10 minutes ago. She would not respond. She finally just looked up and spoke very rude to me and said so you dont want anything else or are you going to wait. Absolutely no customer service. Manager was standing there and said nothing. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not go back.

This particular location always has an estimated wait time of 25 minutes for the drive through. Completely unsatisfied. I have never had any trouble whatsoever with Pandas other locations. Hire more staff because this is getting ridiculous waiting in the drive thru. Sometimes the staff doesnt provide enough food per serving when ordering a pick 2 entree. This location is always slow not matter what time of day. When ordering online, we STILL wait for our food even though the app gives us a designated pick up time. Horrible, horrible service. I would it a 4 star review if it wasnt for the wait time

Just as a whole this Panda Express location sucks. I drive to this location specifically for the drive thru but they literally mess up the order every time I go. Im literally sitting in the drive thru now because they messed up my order once again. Doesnt matter what time of day you go it seems like all the workers mess up the orders. And food is never ready when you go. You always have to wait on something to be made... important tip.. before you leave the drive thru check your order because I guarantee something is missing or wrong. Worst Panda Express Ive ever been too.

The food was good and the wait was short. The girl at the window was also short with information. I ordered a Diet Coke and she gave me Diet Pepsi without asking if it was ok. Otherwise, I would have given them 4 stars. I dont understand all the comments that read... "Plate Teriyaki Chicken with white rice". You should be able to order the side you want. I like brown rice and its better for you. It sounds like a group of friends ganging up to complain. FYI, people see that and then dont take your review seriously. At least I didnt

Ive been here for 30 minutes watching my order get passed over time and time again, awaiting beef and broccoli which they just now put in to cook. None of them have asked of theres anything they can do to substitute. They keep opening our order boxes (which the food is now cold in), asking the same random questions over and over and steadily passing people through. All of the employees are falling over each other and dont know what any of them are doing. Itll be a long time, if ever, before I come back here.

Not sure why I keep going back to this location. Theyve charged me for the wrong order, had the worst attitude when I asked for sweet and sauce, they never have anything ready when they open (I mean seriously, the routine is the same EVERY DAY, how are you not prepared?! This place needs a major management and employee overhaul. Wont be going again.

Not always the cleanest and there always seems to be a ton of employees in the back but they dont seem to have customers as a priority. They skip over you in the line and go to whoever they want. Food is okay, not the best Chinese food Ive had but its ok for the chain and price.

You guys need a new cook. Messed up my GFs order of Orange chicken & there wasnt any string bean chicken & when they cooked it there was barely chicken on top of the rice with green beans. Please fix this or youll lose a lot more customers that live close by .

This location never has Teriyaki Chicken. I have gone 4 times this past week and they are always out. The last time I went the girl rudely told me the chicken was frozen and there was nothing she could do. The customer service they have is horrible!

Worst drive-through ever! I always spend 15 minutes in the drive through because they cant get their act together! They never have brown rice !! I just went through, ordered a meal waited 15 minutes and they gave me the wrong thing!

Its in a great location but the lines are so long and they always run out of food. So you have to wait. Also when you add a donation to you bill and they ring they bell Noone yells out thank you for it or says thanks at all.

Everytime I go to this panda express I never get my order completed correctly. Always check your to go plate if you go through the drive thru. You need to figure it out Panda Express.

They never have anything made. They say it will take 5 minutes and it ends being a good 20 minutes or more. Drive thru orders are never accurate. Service is a bit unfriendly.
