DISGUSTING!!! The bathroom was absolutely repulsive. From the moment I walked in there, the smell made me feel like I was going to throw up. I understand that it is a bathroom where people do their businesses, but seriously the look truely matched the smell. It looked as if it had not been cleaned for months! There was something brown smeared on one of the bathroom stalls. The toilet in the handicap stall didnt flush and had grey duck tape on it. The handicap stall did not have a secure lock on it, along with the broken stall door, and complete mess in both stalls. Ive used the restroom in the most diverse, smelly bathrooms and port a pottys but this bathroom... I could not even stand to be in there, to go to the bathroom, and I am NOT a germaphobe. It makes you think. "hmm if it is such a discussting mess in there, what kind of conditions are they cooking our food, back there in the kitchen?"

It was clean but the manager would not make good on a order that he rightfully messed up and threatened to call the cops on me so I went back to my $50,000 truck after he treated me like I was homeless I will never go back to this place I feel sorry for the employees I have been coming here since it opened what the hell happened to this place

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had at any Dairy Queen.....my sons cheeseburger tasted bad, like it had been sitting out and was warmed up, and he went and told the lady working there and she told him there was no way it could taste bad that it was fine!...I will never be back at this place!

3rd time this year I have been to this location when it has been out of chocolate ice cream. The customer service is disrespectful at best. I would think keeping a main ingredient to the menu would be a must. I will not be returning.

This is one of the cleanest & quickest Dairy Queens in the area. As a family of 6, we have never had to return our order or asked for forgotten items. Food is always fresh, correct and tastes great!
