My first foodie review in pardesh, and yes you can say I am excited to pen it down - even though it is for the very regular Burger King out here.:) My food journey started in Champaign with a quick tour to the Burger King while on our drive from Chicago to Champaign after a long tiresome journey from Pune. The journey had taken a toll already and by noon, we the hungry souls jumped into the first sight of this chain. Burger King is the home of the whopper and so is their tagline. The place is quite spread out with sofa seating by the windows and also the round table chair combinations. The place was not at all crowded, with about 2-3 guests there at the same time - enjoying their burgers with the match playing on the television. I dont need to mention explicitly - a self service chain - order in your food from the counter, pay upfront and within a couple of minutes, you have your order ready. I ordered in for the TENDER CRISP CHICKEN SANDWICH meal - combination of the burger, coco cola and french fries. As the name suggests it had tender,crispy and juicy slice of chicken engulfed in brioche bun with ripe and fresh slices of tomatoes, lettuce pieces and loads of creamy mayonnaise. Perfect accompaniment would be the ultra crispy french fries and a glass of coke - perfect! A hearty meal in itself. ~Bon Appetite!!

Terrible service from rude, disrespectful, inattentive employee. My fiancé and I had a very small order at a slow time of the day. The employee was clearly agitated that she had to make any effort at all. She rushed through giving us or drink, asked if we wanted a receipt, to which we said yes and then she closed the window and went back to her distasteful conversation with a coworker. We waited and tried to get her attention for some time before she could finally be bothered to open the window and then was snotty about being asked to print the piece of paper she had asked if we wanted. We are very frustrated and disappointed that we spent any money at a place whose employees cant even follow through with simple requests.

The employees stood around and talked to each other in a small group, instead of making the food, me and my husband stood and waited 20 minutes for our food, while other costumers came into get there food to go..we were still standing there waiting, the only difference is they had a bag we didnt, and also the drink area was dirty and sticky, not coming here again thats for sure, NOT WAITING 20 MINUTES ON FAST FOOD!!!

The worst BKing in the area. I visited it three times during 2016-2017 and all times it was just a disaster. Once, they were closed at 8am while the sign was saying they start at 6am. They dont know their menu, you literally need to read them what is included on the pictures above. Regularly have limited menu. Not clean, feels nasty. Not even close to other BKings in the area in quality of the service.

Takes too long to get food on some days and they close the dining area before they are supposed to. I walked there for food on my break at work on 8/5. It was 9:45 when I arrived and the building itself is supposed to be open till 10. Needless to say I got screwed and spent my break with no food so whoever was working needs to be dealt with accordingly

Great. Never had an issue at this BK. Service always great. Fast, clean, new and always get the order right. I would always come here because it is very close to my home when we go out for fast food.I would recommend it.

They close at 12 midnight, I came at 11:04 and all the lights were off in drive-thru so I went thur to see and it was open. They turn off the lights early so they can get their job done early so they can work early

Asked for extra mayo on my chicken sandwich and barely had any at all. Maybe 1/2 tsp. Son asked for no pickles and had to remove about 5 of them. Sucked. Kind of done with BK. So many better places to eat.

Went @ 9:30p; fries were old, burger wasnt correct. Went back to fix order and fresh fries, got home (again) and fries were too salty, like ocean salty. Fast food poor standards :( #karma
