This location has got to be the worst I have ever visited. The service is awful. I am currently doing physical therapy at a nearby location, and have come here for lunch twice after therapy and each time they are late opening, with no apology for making you wait. When I walked in I saw the young lady who is preparing food, pull up her pants with her gloves on, and she got an attitude when I asked her to change them before she prepared my food. Look just open on time, CLEAN up your attitude and brush up on customer service......Im gone and wont be back

Im done with this location. When the Tinley location opened, it was run by people that knew how to run the restaurant. For the most part, this location has attracted employees who are incompetent and without any sense of pride in work. Ive been in several times (including tonight), to find the food the preparation area dirty and out of the food I ask for. After many times of this, I bid you a permanent goodbye Chipotle.

I try not to complain before I ask myself if others would also consider it a miserable experience, and this time the answer was a for sure yes as I hope you can tell by the images of their kitchen. Worse yet, the person I was there with got sick from her carnitas burrito bowl.. I guess I dodged a bullet because they didnt have any barbacoa and couldnt even tell is how long before more was ready, so I didnt eat.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The wait was at least 20 minutes because they ran out of cooked meat. And instead of an apology when I finally placed my order (which I had to change because they were out of what I wanted) I got served attitude. It is unfortunate now I have to travel twice as far because I will never step foot in that place again.

Dirty and dont know how to properly handle food. Some of my food dropped on the floor out of the bag and after handling to find out what it was she had to be reminded to change her gloves. Portions were very small. 4 pieces of steak meat on taco. Manager was friendly. People who post reviews that are positive must work there.

This is a quality and fast chipotle but if you go during lunch hours beware of alleged homeless man asking for bus fare money in parking lot here or at Portillos next door. Ive encountered him multiple times.. he asks for money, goes by the Pace bus sign and then returns to beg for more money after you leave.

I stop in the area after I left the gym last night and got a bowl to go. And when I got home to eat it was so good. The chips and guacamole was so wonderful I could not stop eating it. So I just want to say good team everything was wonderful. Keep up the good work! Be proud!

Their servings are inconsistent and a regular order of chicken is considered "Double Meat" and they would rather stand around and make me wait than cut meat for my burrito. I live Chipotle and always will but this location has had poor service whenever I go there

Food is fabulously fresh. Items are delicious. Their hard taco shells seem like they could be better: the bottom of the third taco got soggy when I started eating it. Service was excellent, restaurant was clean, temperature was perfect.

4/1/17 Ever since their staff change, this chipotle has become terrible. The rice was mushy with no flavor and the portions on everything have been cut back. I ordered a bag of chips and it had 8 chips in there.

Staff always seems annoyed with serving customers. They are skimpy with the food, even when you ask for extra. The food is decent most of the time, but on occasion the food has been undercooked.

I live ten minutes away from a Chipotle but Id choose this one over the one closer to me. From the employees to the portions, its amazing here !! You will not be disappointed at this Chipotle !!
