Dear Operations Management, As a loyal Chipotle customer and also once, Chipotle crew, I know foremost the importance of friendliness, speedy, and kind service. Today during my visit to this establishment located at 7140 W Cermak, I am sad to report that those values, failed miserably. You represent your brand, and part of that brand is providing great customer service and your crew should ALWAYS maintain the utmost professional demeanor. You have rush periods, lines get longer, BUT two particular male line persons made a customer feel as if spending money in your business is not important. Was it because of sexual identity biases, because of ethnic background, or what was it? I do demand an apology and also a call from a member of your operations team. No, I do not want any gift cards. Gratefully I have the means to once in a while treat myself to a $12 dollar meal (item and refreshment). I will wait for someone to contact me via facebook. The same letter will be sent to your corporate office. Customer service is important and having the right personnel as well. Train and hire the right individuals. I will not be returning to this location specially since these two individuals may be serving and prepping my food. Try sad that with all your scandals about trusting your food, now customer service is at stake.

Must have new workers that arent trained properly!! I bought a chicken burrito got charged for a steak burrito, not too much of a difference about a dollar or so!! I politely went back and just told the girl I didnt order a steak because I usually know what my ONE burrito costs, anyways she didnt give me the difference back she offered me a coupon for a buy one get one free, and that was fine with me, but she heres the problem the coupon was good thru Oct 31, 2015!! I was at chipotle NOVEMBER 13, 3015!!!!!!! Uhhmmmm so not only did I pay for something I didnt order I got a CRAPPY USELESS FREAKIN COUPON!! THANKS CHIPOTLE WORKER

Horrible experience for a first timer. I bought 3 tacos and didnt know that for everything u put on them they add a charge. Then they had no onion or avacado????? The meat was overly spicy with no warning even after I said I didnt want anything spicy. I asked and they said not spicy. Didnt taste fresh or anything but hot. The girls at the counter were very unfriendly too. As if that wasnt bad enough my 3 tacos were 20.00!! Never again. I recommend 5 brothers. They are 10 ft away and best burger and fries in town!!! I know I got one after I threw them nasty tacos out.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been at, employees are rude and dont know the least about Customer service and industry. Line was skipped infront of me and when I said no, employees started acting like I was lying and one of them started laughing even... I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone, it is a shame that a brand like Chipotle which stands on getting the best experience to customers from food to cleanliness to attitude, and you see simple thing like this happens.

Will not go back to berwyn, illinois location and will inform all my friends of this as well. They definitely skimp on the ingredients, when i asked they cashier she looked at me with disgust.. for the price i paid i will just go to an authentic mexican restaurant that are all over the surrounding areas. Chipotle has just lost a customer for good.

I must say that I absolutely love every other Chipotle but this one. Their servings are too small, I first thought it was the girl on the assembly line, but the many times I have been here its the same way. Too little, no lime and you must ask for the Smoked Chipotle sauce. Unfortunately for me, its the only one around my house.

They are very skimpy with the bowl...I asked may I have a little more rice and meat ..I was given a little more rice and told by the manager he couldnt give me more Meat in a very rude tone... my bowl was basically rice n vegetables..but I paid for a chicken bowl ...customer service sucked not enough ...lost a customer

I LOVEEEEEEEE THE CHIPOTLE IN BERWYN.! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & MAKES ME FEEL LIKE IM AT HOME EATING WITH MY FAMILY. THEY ARE SO HAPPY & JOYFUL I LOVE WALKING IN THERE. & THE GIRL IS ALWAYS SHOUTING OUT" HIIII WELCOME TO CHIPOTLE" MAKES ME FEEL EVEN BETTER SPENDING MY MONEY WITH THOSE GUYS. ! GREAT WORK :-)

This is the worst chipotle I have ever visited. I go often and every time I have hope that the employees will have a better attitude or some level of mediocre customer service at the very least but that is never the case. I only rated it one star so I could post this, but it does not even deserve that.

Lady was very cheap with the meat. Been to other Chipotle and always got a full spoonful of meat. This one not even a spoonful. When I asked they quickly wanted to charge extra . Why doesnt corporate check this place. Seems like all their getting is bad reviews lately. And about the same thing

Every time I come for a to go order they never have food ready! They also get upset because I wont take a substitute. They never put enough ingredients in the bowl you have to always tell them more of whatever ingredient you are asking for! This location SUCKS!!!!!

If you want a burrito the size of a taco come here if not go to a different lacation! Same goes for the bowl . The portions here are for a kids meal! Now of you are by the city . The chipotle on divison and state rocks! Nice fat burritos!! The wrapper barely closes!!

Its a hit or miss...depends who is on the serving station. I noticed that they will try to give you less than refill. Every time I went it has been a slow moving line. Havent seen a Chipotle yet who goes as fast as the downtown location on Lake.

Portions here are very small!. This Chipotle is very sad just like the small portion they serve to their customers. U gonna lose your customers very soon!. Cause I way better restaurant food chain is opening very soon in that area!.. Hahaha

I dont know what is different between this one n the one in la grange but the burrito bowl at the berwyn location was horrible. I live maybe three blocks from there but will be happy to drive to la grange for the taste that im used to

Great Chipotle in Berwyn. Sometimes they run out of items and the line moves verrrrrrry slowly, but they do now have online ordering where you cut to the front and pick up your food. Margaritas are yummy

I dont know why but this location always gets our orders wrong, I ordered a chicken bowl, and when we got home there was no chicken, and this isnt the first time.
