Very poor service. With only three people in front of me somehow it took over ten minutes to get to the register. Unfortunately before I could pay, my burrito wrap was torn. I would rather not have the carbs, so when I asked for a new wrap, it was carelessly dumped out onto the new one, and there was still a good amount of food left in the first one when it was thrown out! Let alone the guy after me got rung up first. My friend was so unsatisfied with his meal, he had to go to the Potbelly across the street to fill up. I also should point out that the service was as unenthusiastic as it can get, which goes against what Ive come to believe is the Chipotle standard of service. I would recommend the extra miles for a different location, as you take the risk of leaving here very unhappy. However the burrito, very small as it was, tasted delicious.

Service was bad the .inute i walked in the door. Only one person ahead of me had to wait 5 minutes for the girl to walk down to me. Then when she got there she just looked at me no greeting no what can i get you. I asked for a burrito bowl with brown rice. Oh we are out at the moment. Ok take white rice then i ask for steak....oh we are out at the moment...she proceeds to ask the cook how much longer, as he is putting the steak on the grill he says 2 minutes. Really! I had to leave at that point. How are u not ready for customers?? I will never go there again. Not only were they not ready for lunch they lied to me. They must not want my money.

I love chipotle. That being said this location is terrible. There is no consistency in the amount of food. The corn chips are either too salty or leftover from few days. Today, my chips were limpy... No crunch. Very disappointed.

I think I can say the same thing about this location as I can any other. They do such a great job training their staff that you get a very consistent experience no matter where you go.

Just served the smallest burrito ever! Never greeted and ignored me when asked for more barbacoa. Unfriendly staff.. Were DONE Chipotle!! Good luck!
