Last night I ordered a burger, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato, onion, a side of fries and 6 hot wings. Although I ate about half the burger and half of the wings, I have not been able to hold down anything, including liquids. I have been going to the bathroom about every 25 to 35 minutes, not vomiting, but the "other." Currently, at 6:50 p.m. on Monday, I have a fever approaching 101. The attacks started happening roughly 1.5 hours after I stopped eating my meal. I had not eaten anything prior to BWW for about 5 hours or so and I shared that meal with friend, so I can accurately pinpoint the cause of this to BWW. Extensive research online shows that all of my symptoms (diarrhea, fever, abdomin cramping, and general "uneasyness") are sure fire signs of Salmonella poisoning. Earlier today when I called and asked, "has anyone reported any food poisoning," whomever answered the phone was not even interested in my complaint. She offered to allow me to speak to the manager so he could give me a free coupon, but I simply wanted to report the incident, not get my money back. Ive got some beef with this joint. BEWARE

The worst experience ever... than they think everything is ok because they took 20 percent off the appetizers never came the kids food came after our food and to top it all off the bill came while we were eating as if we did something wrong AMAZING.. .I want everyone to know that I never wanted anything for this review other than to make people aware. I recieved a phone call from the General Manager (Kamal) he apologized for what happened and took full responsibility he also promised a $30 gift car and more importantly a hug after I explained how hurt i was that my two boys 7 and 4 years of age wanted chocalate cake and because how i felt there was no way i would get anything else.. that meant alot and my plan is to give them another shot it is one of my families favorite places and because of how sincere Kamal was. I also plan on giving my next server a minimum of a $30 dollar tip because like i said my intent was never to get anything free.

Dont go on a busy day, especially boneless Thursdays. the cooks just reheat wings and not even all the way mine were still cold. As soon as I got my boneless mild I could tell right away they were not fresh .looked like they had been sitting for a couple of hours. To the point where the the wings were dark no color. Fresh out the microwave.lol so I sent them back to the kitchen. They brought back the same wings with more sauce. At this point i was fed up after such a long wait i decided to just go ahead and eat them And they were still cold. Ive had an upset stomach since I ate there last night. But the worst part of it all is the drive. Most people drive pretty far just because its in a higher quality neighborhood expecting to get great service and food. 7/20/2017.

One occasion, they gave my order to someone else. I had waited 45 minutes, after arriving 35 minutes after I placed the order. The manager comped me for the meal and gave me some credit for the next visit, as this is on my usual rotation of late work nights on Thursdays. Its a BWWs, so its always crowded. Surprisingly, one high school-college age gentleman went out of his way to come back and hold the door for me. A very surprising, pleasant experience. Employees, as always, are young college-age kids. Trying to pay their tuition, rent, etc. Great preparation for the future, even if their future jobs wont be nearly as hectic. So the demeanor of some on certain nights is understandable.

The food from BWW to BWW is pretty uniform - but the service at this particular location is pretty poor. They just seem to be disorganized, sending food to the wrong table and forgetting drink orders. If youre looking for a good BWW experience I would recommend stopping by the Tinley Park location at 183rd and Harlem (just north of I-80).

I requested a table for a party of nine and my party was split between two tables. So I was unhappy about that but since we did not sit together we decided to split the bill three ways. So to top it off each bill was charge 18% gratuity and the manager said because we was a party of nine. I will never eat at this location again

Horrible! Waited forever and when the food came it was cold looked old like it had been sitting! Whats the point in waiting an hour for cold food! Im pissed because its my birthday and I really wanted some BWW!! I would give no stars but they dont give you the option too!

This restaurant is far from me but close to my son and his family. We went there for lunch ---3 adults and 2 children 11 & 5 ---. Cost was $91, tip not included. Not bad and the chicken wings were really good! The waitress was so friendly and accommodating!

Sit down service is great. When you go to pickup an order you called in, it takes forever. They picked up 3 phone calls while they had me stand and wait to pay for my order even though it was sitting right there on the counter.

Great place, food came out super fast. Seems like when Im there theyre always under staffed. Usually have to flag down service for a refill or to get the check. Kind of felt bad for staff. Otherwise it was good. Place was clean.

Food was good, but aside from the awesome hostess who seated me, noone was invitingly friendly. I even tried to converse with staff, since it was slow, but nobody went out of their way to make my experience pleasant.

Me and my husband bought four different kinds of alcholoic beverages and none of them had the least bit of alcohol in it! A complete waste of money. Dont bother buying any drinks from here.
