Definitely one of my worst Olive Garden Expierences ever, I would give a negative star if possible . I went out with a few friends for one of their birthdays, we got there 30 mins before close and just wanted a quick meal since wed been at the mall forever, and it was the closest restaurant walking distance! It was odd that the waitress we started with left after seating us. Then she let us know that the kitchen would be closing soon so we would have to quickly order, which I understood. Once we ordered, my food was cold like they just took it out the freezer and put in the microwave for 30 seconds! They took it back and I got some expensive pasta cause I assumed they couldnt mess that up, regardless it still wasnt the best-yet I was so hungry that I ate it anyways. My friends food literally looked like trash from a lean cuisine or a microwave meal. She told the waitress she didnt like hers and he automatically got an attitude and said "you cant just send it back." The manager came and said the same thing. As we finished our food, the waiter came and took our plates with even more of an attitude. Id rather them say that they were closed instead of trying to get by with garbage! Never coming back. Terrible service and food.

OMG!!!! Horrible!!! It is 6:23pm 5/7/2016. The manager here at this time was super rude to us!! We arrived at 4:30pm and by now we were still waiting with 2 toddlers and 2 infants plus five of us adults. We had our pager and it just didnt vibrate and everyone else was being sat down. Once I went to ask how much time longer because I was seeing everyone else being seated I was told 10 minutes ago they had called out our name went outside and went around the bar!!!! HHHHHMMMMMM well it turns out that we were sitting by the bar near the door and neither did our pager worked and I didnt here anyone cal my name. And I sure do know my name!! So this manager comes up to me telling me she called out for me 27 mins ago SO!!! What was it 10 minutes or 27 minutes ago because it is a big difference so we had to leave after trying to celebrate Mothers Day here and our kids starving for the past 2 hours. Im thinking yes they went around but did not call my name because the whole two hours we were sitting and even the bartender stated she didnt here anyone call out for me either! This was the worst Mothers Day dinner spot ever! I sure heard when others were being called upon but just didnt here my name.

Well Im married to a wonderful Italian woman who can cook like there is no tomorrow. You have to understand where Im coming from. I was dragged here by a couple of friends. I was hesitant to say the least. The place is decorated nicely. The servers were sweet. The food was average. We ordered friend raviolis, goat cheese flat bread pizza, minestrone soup and for dinner I got the balsamic steak over fettucini alfredo. Everything was good, but it just didnt seem to stand out. Nothing special about it. Yes, I would give it another try, but only because everyone was so friendly.

Rude workers answering the phone, and turning away business when you know you could have taken the order, and the way you handled it, might be the last time I use Olive Garden!!! Recommending AVOIDING THIS OLIVE GARDEN LOCATION due to the lack of professionalism, manners, management, and desire to work shown by its employees. Dont believe me, call them and get short angry people that do NOT want to help, visit the location and see if thats where you want to eat where angry, bitter people are over-stressed and can careless about your food.

I LOVE the service here unless its super busy like towards sweetest day and Valentines day in tht sort the wait can b hours long but most of the time im seated right away and everyone is nice its always clean and the food is brought out nice and hot and fresh. The bread sticks are my favorite and those r unlimited which I like a lot! And they r always fresh and hott! The servers are all very friendly and check on u often to make sure everythig is okay and make sure u have bread sticks and drinks and anything else u would need.

The only reason this gets better than a 1 is because our server was amazing and the food was good. So a star for each. I did the online waitlist. Checked in and was told 20 min wait. Wait with paging device. Hour later ask for eta and was told we were called a half hour ago even the we were never told and our pager never went off. Fun fact unlimited soup and bread sticks menu says something like 6.99 or 7.99 jumps up to 11.99 but does not say that at least anywhere I could see on the menu. No more olive garden for me.

When I came in, I was told the bar section was self seating. After seated and had our drinks, we were told we had to move. They had no sense of urgency to clean tables, and seat people, nor to attend to new guests. There were dirty rags laying on the counter, which by the way is a health code violation. Out of all the Olive Gardens I have been to throughout the united states, this location had by far, the worst service I have ever experienced. At least the cooks knew what they were doing.

This location has gone down hill over the years. Went tonight with my parents and my husband and our son and had horrible service. Food orders were wrong, no offers for refills without us asking, no asking if anyone wanted cheese on their soup or entrées. Super slow service. Asked for boxes for our food and the waiter only brought enough for half and had to go back for more. Will definitely stick to other locations in the future.

The salad, soup, and breadsticks are delicious. We enjoyed the alfredo and added chicken breasts to it. Delicious! Our waitress was overwhelmed and we played a game while waiting, and did not know they charged for it until we fot the bill. That upset me. The silverware was not to clean and the coffee was ok. We didnt care for the red sauce. It was like ketchup to us. Stick with alfredo. That was excellent

I firmly boycotted this chain for almost a decade(as any self-respecting Italian might) when I once asked for oregano and was told they didnt have any. Well, thats ALL changed! Excellent service, fresh and inviting dishes that have all the rich flavor of Italy without the heaviness of the past menu offerings. Only bad thing about this experience was being too full to explore the decadent dessert menu!

"Fine dining and pricy plates in a causal atmosphere.." Dont get me wrong, there are items on the menu that are cooked to perfection effortlessly... My advice is stick to these and your experience will come to be worth the fuss.. Open wine bottles everywhere, make easy access for stressed out employees on the job.. Clearly has potential if management could get it together..

Miserable. First we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Wrong. Was an hour. Then they sat us at a table off to the corner next to a huge party. Was the most awkward seating arrangement. One of the buss boys dropped a wine glass and glass went everywhere. The large table next to us had out of control children that were throwing food.
