Was told I had to ask for special when ordered to get the special price. I normally would understand that. But!!! When Im told with an attitude from the girl that answers the phone , thats where the problem lies. Tell me dont expect me to already know this. If theres a special let someone know that . I may not know already. Dont try and screw me over. If you want me to come back then tell me the special. If I find out later I guarantee you I wont be back. When I called the Plainfield store they told me right away . I didnt have to ask. She literally had me ask for the special price even after telling me there was one. WTF...... Ill never be back !

Im a Chicago pizza girl at heart, but Pizza Hut is always a great value and a good product that pleases my picky son. I stopped by the Shorewood location today to pick up a personal pan cheese pizza that my son earned through the Book It program. I ordered online, but the order apparently didnt go through. No problem, I just ordered on the spot and decided to wait in the car for a few minutes. We started to walk back in after about 10 minutes, but were greeted by one of the employees bringing the pizza out to the car for me. Wish I would have gotten his name so that I could mention this kind act to his store manager.

This place is just the worst. Ordered online and it said 20 minutes. Ended up taking over an hour. After being told 20 more minutes, and then 20 more minutes a couple of times... I felt bad for the girl who was all alone at the counter having to deal with everything. The waiting area is a walk in closet, full of people waiting a long time and getting their money back. Maybe was a fluke. But itll be hard for me to bring myself back to this place. Not sure why I let my wife talk me into trying something different. Dominoes has never failed me. The dominoes app is awesome, always accurate and easy to use.

Told us they would not deliver to our house (even though they had in the past on multiple occasions and even had our name and address on file). Their reasoning was that we were in another stores delivery area. That store has been closed for months. Employee on the phone was extremely rude and unable to comprehend the situation. This store has lost my familys business for good.

Never will I ever order from this location again. I ordered a med sausage with spinach pizza a received a plain sausage pizza. No extra cheese, parmesean crust, etc. After waiting over an hour for the order to be resent I received another sausage pizza with raw spinach tossed on top of it. This is the worst experience I ever had. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible! Called ahead, asked how long, was told 15 minutes, that turned into 45 minutes! The board read that my order was ready, 25 minutes before I actually received it, when i questioned it, I was told I still had 2 minutes before it would come out the oven!! Small waiting area is filled to capacity with complaining customers.

Ordered online 6:47 they said it was a 35 minute delivery time. Called at 8 to see where the delivery was she than said it would be another hour. What pizza place take 2 hours for delivery? Well not be ordering from Shorewood again. This is not the first time.

Wow these guys take good care of you. They got my order wrong and gave me the right order when i showed them and added in the pizza they got wrong plus an extra cookie! Love this place! Best deal in town for a family! Also very fast service! Thank you!

Got the wrong pizza order the pizza @ 719pm and the driver showed up @ 843pm. Wasnt happy the manager offered to give me only one pizza in return told them to keep there pizza.
