This location always has inconsistent flavors of food and they skimp on portion sizes. Its a little unnerving. The food should always taste relatively the same. I would also like to add that they could improve on customer service. They rush people through the line, which to a degree I understand, but its at the expense of the customer and their food orders. If they slowed down to really comprehend what they were doing these issues wouldnt be as much of a problem. Something equally upsetting is a lot of these people behind the counter are younger kids in high school, which is fine, but the company should want to teach them how to interact with customers properly and teach them how to finish one task successfully before moving onto the next. Our youth needs good teachers to look up to. For some this is their first job, and regardless this experience will be imprinted in their brains for the rest of their life. If they are taught correctly from the beginning there is less room for error not only that, but it will make them feel good about themselves to know they did what they could to meet the needs of customers. A job is a job is a job regardless of what it is. Small wins equal big victories.

As if Chipotle diseased food wasnt bad enough now the customer service is horrible and I am furious! Chipotle use to be the best around the food was safe and people were friendly. Now, not so much. I called in to place an order, due to Internet difficulties. When I told the person I needed to place an order he stated that they dont do phone orders! Looking at a 23 minute drive this would have saved me time. I tried to explain that I travel the United States with my job and have NEVER been informed of this. Chipotle you suck, this store sucks, and I find that lack of customer service is usually a reflection of the store manager and above. P.S. the Harker Heights, TX store is as bad as this one......

food is great but my brother went in for five interviews they were into him and what not but on the last interview himi the GM had no eye contact with him told him he would be contacted with in 48 hours they never contacted him so he called back talked to the GM and he said to expect an email he still has not gotten an email saying if he got it or not hes man enough to take a no but for a company whom prides them self on there crew this crew is not doing its job how can someone become a gm but not send out one email thats all Im saying get it together Himie or how ever you spell youre name

I would go here cause they "had" naturally raised grass fed beef and it was delicious, now they have had some sign that says they have conventional beef now, meaning corporate raise beef full of antibiotics, steroids and hormones, if you seen how this beef is raised you would never eat it again. On the sign it says there is a shortage of naturally raised beef but I get it no problem at my local meat market. Anyway the bottom line is they are now selling regular beef burritos at their usual premium prices, what a ripoff.

I work for Chipotle for a while a couple years back so Im familiar whit the serving size. This location gives small portions of meat. So u have to ask for more with I think is annoying but u have to get what u pay for. If I have to pay 1.95$ more for guacamole I expect a full serving dont try to rip me off. Very disappointed.

The only reason I gave 4 Stars instead of 5 is because the servers here have a tendency to be skimpy on their portions. Unlike other Chipoltes Ive visited. Other than that, I give high marks.
