First off, I would like to say how excited I was that they decided to build a noodles and company near where I live, since its one of my favorite places to eat. However, I had a terrible experience that will more than likely keep me from coming to this location ever again. I ordered my dinner online at 6:50 pm to be picked up at 7:30 pm. I got to the restaurant around 7:25 and got into the order pick-up line. Once I got to the front I was told that since I still have to pay I have to get into the "order now" line. Whatever... I waited in line for another 5 minutes. I paid and was told that my order should be right up. Another 10 minutes go by and... Nothing. I finally ask what was taking so long and no one even knew where my order was. They gave someone else my food almost 20 minutes prior to this? So finally I get my food and all I get is a "sorry" and the woman walked away. This was my first and last experience at this location. Not happy.

Its your standard chain Noodles & Company, but the quality is extremely well at these food stores. A great selection of different noodles from across the world everything from spaghetti and meatballs to Japanese Pan Thai noodles. They have one of those fun Coca-Cola machines where you can make your own type of Coca-Cola with cherry lemon vanilla and multiple other flavors. The floor was a little bit dirty when I got there but all in all it was a pleasant visit. I will be back to this welcome restaurants in Joliet.

Was there last week for take out. Extremely slow.Waited 30 minutes for the order.Got home and opened the box with the 3 piece cheese bread and the pieces were burnt and inedible. Really?? You teach your employees to serve take outs like that? This is my third time here,the first two times we ate in. Cold food the first time,slow food the second time. I have eaten at the Naperville location multiple times and never once had an issue. I am done with the Shorewood location and wont recommend it .

I have gone here a few time and it is consistently packed and the workers are pretty nice Went there today and asked for a a veracruz salad without corn and at the bottom of the salad there was corn (that was no visible until I had eaten it). This is dangerpus given that people have various allergies and the staff is not diligent in doing their job. My receipt clearly read no corn. I am now experiencing extreme nausea. I think I cannot risk eating here again.

Food tastes good, but they skimp on the veggies. So much so that my penne Rosa had zero mushrooms and three spinach leaves. Wouldnt be so upset if I didnt wait 20 minutes in the order line and 40 minutes in the pickup line. Heard one girl say my name and the other girl gave my order to someone else. They said sorry and gave me free shareables coupons, but I dont think its worth coming back. This is my second and last time. Too disorganized.

Happy we finally have a Noodles in Joliet! The food is great for the price, more expensive than your dine-n-go options but the quality is worth the extra bucks! The employees I have interacted with are very friendly and check up on your table even though they are not waiters. I requested a box and bowl for my soup and salad and one young lady came back with both, as well as extra crackers, plastic silverware and a bag!

I am so excited Noodles is close to me, I love this place. Everyone is nice and polite and I have never got bad food. They are a new restaurant that just opened so they will be busy. All of the staff work very hard and fast non stop. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family. Prices are reasonable.

If youre a fan of Noodles and Company before this location being opened you wont be disappointed! Everyone must be as excited as as I am because the last two times Ive gone the line is out the door! I expected the service to be a tad slow since they just opened but other than that food quality is great!

Chipotle was on top of my list of best food places but once I tasted the "Thai green curry with shrimp" I had a flavor explosion in my brain. All those sweet and savory flavors just make your mouth water. LOVE IT!! If you like something a tad bit spicy then you should DEFINITELY try this dish out.

Re reviewing..... did not get my order right after ordering online Charged my card 2x too had to fight about it and show them my bank account info, should not have to do that Even though they just opened it was good, Id recommend noodles well done, they dont have it perfect yet

Food has been OK, standard noodles and company experience. Always disappointed that it is absolutely freezing cold in the store. Eating there we have to eat with our winter coats on. Stop being a cheap owner and turn the heat up or you will lose people

Our food took a very long time to make it to our table, and when it finally came, it was cold! My sons chicken Caesar sandwich tasted very, very fishy-even my fish loving husband hated it when he tried it. Chicken noodle soup was good though.

Dirty. . The lobby was filled with dirty dishes and stuff all over the floor, I ordered a salad that was suppose to have avocado and there was none when I asked they said they were out but didnt tell me before I ordered .. never again

Its nice to have a noodles and co. here staff seemed a little unmanaged. It could use a good cleaning but that may go back to unmanaged high school kids are the only one Ive ever seen working here.

Awesome place. We went here for a fundraiser right before their grand opening and they did an amazing job handling the huge amount of people through the door. The service was too notch.

Fast service and great food. The restaurant is too small though. Not enough room for people waiting for their food. These people sometimes block people trying to get beverages.

I enjoyed how natural their food tasted. They also had a Coca Cola Freestyle machine, which was very convenient. I look forward to eating at Noodles and Company again someday!

Great tasting food. Pretty expensive though. Steak Stroganoff with Chicken in it and a drink runs you about $15.
