Tell me, where will you find a better bagel? I enjoy visiting this store. They remember customers by name customers and their favorite orders. Even customers seem to remember each other. I wish I could sneak in and watch that gigantic mixer making the dough. This store sells bagels to a bunch of other shops around town. There are a couple dozen cream cheeses to choose from, but the bagels themselves are so good. I have visited for many years and sometime bring some to work, where they last about 30 seconds before my ravenous co-workers circle around them.

Pros: Excellent bagels and pricing. the staff is very nice and always make sure I have enough supplies to throw a bagel party. I have never had to wait very long. Great bagels. Great place to relax and they have free wi-fi. Cons: The only complaint I have is that they sell bagels in the afternoon for the same price they sell freshly made bagels. By the afternoon, they are hard and will not last until the next morning. Maybe that is my fault for buying them at night for the next morning.

Love this place. Always friendly people, great food, reasonable prices, great flavors of coffee. What more can you ask? I come as often as I can. For the person that is complaining about making fresh bagels at 10:30 in the morning, that is bad? No, that is good. The keep product fresh. If you have ever seen some of the lines that they have, you would not wonder why they might run out mid morning. But I am glad that they make batches as needed. Hi quality food.

Went there this morning for a bagel, was treated rudely by the older woman with the short hair and wears a lot of makeup. This is not the first time she has been rude to me, everytime I order something she makes it seem like its going to be super hard work for her, and then after I pay she never says "thank you". The rest of the employees there are great but for some reason, I always end up being served by her.

People, please read the name on top of the windows. The place is called BIG Apple Bagels. Then you need to visit a NYC bagel shop to really understand what RUDENESS is! I like that. For the food, its good and fresh. You want no rudeness, yeah then go to Subway. Where everything comes in a bag and the taste is ....

I love this place! The staff is friendly, the bagels awesome. You cant beat the combination! They have great homemade cream cheeses for the bagels. And, their coffee, its to die for. Definitely a breakfast destination. Dont miss their breakfast and lunch bagel sandwiches, yum!

Weve been going to Big Apple Bagels once a week for 10 years. The service personnel has sometimes changed, however never the quality, friendliness or service! Nice place to sit and read, talk, or whatever while you eat great food.

Im a New Yorker so I am picky when it comes to my bagels. The bagels here are great, the service is excellent, and the coffee is tasty as well. Prices are reasonable and they have many different cream cheeses.

Had to wait for 30 minutes for bagels at 10:30am on a Saturday. When I complained they acted like it was not unusual to "run out of bagels". Never offered an apology...unbelievable...
