Excellent service. I work at the airport down the road and come in for lunch every once in a while. Everytime I am excitedly greeted, they have memorized my order, my name and are always polite and professional. Time and Time again Andre has been extremely personable to everyone that has come in the door. The managers I have met are extremely nice and provide great service right along side the associates. The food is always great, and the restaurant clean. As someone who worked for a rival sandwich shop (Panera) for almost a year, I am thoroughly impressed by how amazing my experiences are here. Keep it up!

Thumbs down. I really dont understand why these people or kids avoid making deliveries. Lack of service ends with results of no customers. Sorry guys thumbs down! Lazy. Learn how work work organized manner maybe suck it up. And drive a couple min instead of losing customers. Excuses excuses. Im starving.

This was my first time at this new Potbelly. It met the expectations I have of the brand. I got A wreck, and it came out as I expect it. It was busy, but the food still came out at a decent time. This one also has a drive thru, which I havent seen before. There is also plenty of seating. I would return!

1st visit, great food...fast..very clean restaurant with friendly staff. Low calorie selection available. Enjoyed the pizza sandwich on Flatbread with a cup of chicken enchilada soup.
