A friend of mine took me to this restaurant for dinner tonight, as we arrived, she stepped away to take a call and asked me to order her her favorite pork ribs. I didnt find it in the menu so i just asked waitress to place the order. Pork ribs came with cheese on it and my friend doesnt eat cheese, shes always ordered without cheese. Miscommunication is not news. Young waiter that served the order was very nice that he took it back and agreed to make a new one without cheese, and didnt make any remotely unpleasant comments about this. Everythings normal up until now, what follows was beyond me. Minutes later, a waitress took the same food out and told me their cook cant remove the cheese so she has to charge me for this cheese ribs, i said we didnt touch it and do not want it, then an older lady(owner?) rushed to our table and stressed repeatedly that it was my mistake so i HAVE to buy it. If it wasnt my friend next to me, id walked out. I dont know what people look for when dining out, for me personally, i value the overall experience higher than food quality alone. And this restaurant owner/mgt handling of this situation has failed miserably. Therefore i gave it a one-star and will continue to give my business to Wooil next door.

Kogii Kogii is a phenomenal Korean AYCE restaurant that will make you come back over and over again. Why? If price is your invitation to most restaurants, you cant go wrong with $19.99 AYCE AND high quality meat (versus imitation or rubbery texture). Beyond price, it is about the excellent service that pairs with careful food preparation and authentic Korean barbeque taste. Dont be fooled by some of the imitators that provide non-stick fry pans from KMART that have you ask why you keep going, as well as rude ahjummas (middle aged Korean women) exhibiting mid-life crisis consistently to every customer. This is the real deal!!

This is our "go to" place for Korean bbq and we love the inexpensive price for the all you can eat. While the food is great, the service is REALLY inconsistent. I really dont want to pay the full service fee because some of the service is really lazy. They see that you need water but wont refill it unless you bring it up. Wont give rice or soup that comes with the meal unless you bring it up to them. Basically very poor service but otherwise the food quality is good for the price.

I have been there twice. First time it was so so, not great but not bad either. So after a few months i went back a second time. This time i ordered the stone bowl cooking dish. The waitress delivered wrong dish. I ordered beef bit she gave us pork. She said sorry but refused to exchange it. The pork meat was 80% fat and terrible. It was a total ripoff for 32 dollars. The place was greasy and dirty due to a lot of BBQ. I would never come back again.

We really liked this the BBQ. The food tasted wonderful, and service was very helpful. The particular grill we were at was not working properly and that significantly delayed the time it took for our food to cook. Hopefully they will fix that soon. One of my friends also had some digestive issues shortly after dinner, suggesting he may have been given meet that wasnt fully cooked.

TERRIBLE MISLEADING RUDE SERVICE! The food was okay, the restaurant was clean . But the service is RUDE!! Had the waitress show us the a meal on the menu that was one price, then they screwed us by charging DOUBLE!! The waitress called us "cheap" to our faces for questioning a bill which should have been $30-40 and was $75 in front of the owner. Never again.

Very good food. The server gave me an apron to wear because I was afraid of getting oil on my dress shirt. Waitstaff came by once in a while to help with cooking and cutting up meat during AYCE. Before prices were too high on their meat but with AYCE its affordable and comes with great service.

I liked the food, But oh my god, the service is horrible, the place is very busy every time my family visits and they still choose to not hire more people. Like for today, they took forever to bring our meat, and we barely got anything.

This Korean BBQ is one of the best around and Great food, great atmosphere. The meats and all the sides are hand delivered . The Staffs are very nice and friendly.. Highly recommend coming here for a great Korean BBQ with family.

19.99 for AYCE Korean meats is unheard of around here. The meats were delish and the waitresses were very attentive. The owner was extremely kind and that makes good reason for me to come back.
