Food - Dont mean to be so rude about it, but been here 3 times. Order about the same thing everytime I eat here and it never the same. Seen people post the same food as mine and I still dont get the same thing they do. Something alway missing. Please keep the food consistent please, if possible. Server - Our server was fairly nice. He refilled waters everytime our water was done, and asked if we had any questions and etc.. Super good! Give him 10/10! Tipped - Im a server myself, so I know how it is like not getting tip good after being super nice and dealing with things, so after eating, we left a $15 tip for the 2 of us. ON THE TABLE. I thought he was a really good server and he really politely and knew what he was doing. I went to pay for my tab with my card and as I signed the receipt & waited on my copy of the receipt, I suppose the manager, who was checking us out, notice I didnt leave any tip on the receipt, so he blurted out "oh you have to tip?!" I had mention I had tipped $15 at the table already for the two of us! And he point to the other person that was with me and said "tip!" How rude, I didnt want to make it a bigger scene then it was already so left a $5 tip on the recipt for him. In total that was $20 tip! Wow! Never in my life had I ever been force to leave more tips. And coming from a server I only get paid $3/hrly so I know how it feels not getting a tip. But I dont go around mentioning to people to leave a tip. I want a fun and exciting experience for everyone and always want a welcoming back experience, not "oh she force me to leave a tip, Im never coming back" experience. So would I recommend this to people? No. Would I come back for a 4th chance? No. Also did read in the comments below that this wasnt the first time too! I think the servers has more manner than the manager himself.. Geeks!

So my first experience at this place was a good one. The food was good and OK service, I didnt mind that. The second time it was mainly how rude the server was towards the end when she didnt have to deal with us customers anymore. She made us wait so many times and didnt evn come when we pressed the button to get our checks. She finally gave us or checks and kept mentioning how she calculate the tip and wrote it down on our receipt. I was like ok? She was trying to explain that tip was needed. It change my opinion for leaving tip for her... When I went to go pay she asked insisting that I leave a tip for her. I paid and got my change. I waited for my other friends to pay. She came up towards me again to ask for tip and I told her I left some at the table. When we left; I could see her from the side of my eyes rushing towards the table to grab the tip I left her. She came out chasing after us and complained about the tip I gave her. She gave it back to me stating that if I was going to leave such a tip dont leave one at all. She also said next time we come back the tip would automatically be charged with our bill. We wouldnt have a choice to choose what we would tip them?. -_- seriously because of that waiter I wont be coming back to the restaurant the food is good BUT they dont give that much side dishes. They dont evn provide kimchi thats the MAIN SIDE DISH for mostly every meal. I recommend Seoul Korean Restrurant! So many side dishes provided with a meal. Also the cheft came to us personally asking how we enjoyed the food and ask us if we wanted more side dishes. He was very friendly and kind plus the food was delicious. The staff was pleasant and NOT rude.

Went out to eat here for lunch. Dont get me wrong, its a nice place with very good food. But the service is TERRIBLE! The waitress never gave us water until we requested, and dropped off our food and never came back to check on us. The boss there however is very friendly and oftenly refills the water and ask if everything was okay. But the waitress lady did NOT do her job correctly. And didnt give us our side dishes. We decided not to tip her because she didnt really do much of her job and missing a couple dishes. Not to mention she chased us out and demanded we tip her because she only gets paid $2 or something. Okay now leaving a tip is only optional unless theres a party more than 4 or 5. And this lady had tge audacity to tell me to go learn the law because i was supposed to leave a 15% tip. And complained about the pay they get. GO FIND A DIFFERENT JOB INSTEAD OF SLACKING AND COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PAY . ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARENT REALLY A GOOD WAITRESS. very disappointed because Im a regular customer here. From now on i will go to seoul instead.

I came here with some friends after bringing them home from out of state and we decided we wanted some Korean noms. This seems to be the only Korean eatery open in Milwaukee on a Sunday. The food was very delicious and was served in under 20 minutes. The quality was great and the soup was actually spicy. The banchan was very flavorful and nicely represented. May I suggest the bulgogi as well? They get a star knocked off because I got excited when I saw on their online menu that they did shabu shabu, however online and on sites it says they have it, but they only do it on weekdays during lunch in which they just have it whited out saying "DISCONTINUED". They need to update online menus to show this as it was a disappointment to find out we couldnt get it. The restaurant was clean, however one of the toilets in the rest room had a broken seat and it pinched my friends thigh pretty bad because it slid. Overall if I am ever back in Milwaukee Id visit here again! Very similar to the Korean restaurants we have in the Chicago area.

Very terrible service. 1st time I went there I was served 5 side dishes. A week later, 4 side dishes and my most recent visit, I was only served 3. Worst thing, Kimchi (Korean national dish) was not served. When I requested for some Kimchi, the waitress rudely replied " Kimchi is a very labour intensive. We do not serve Kimchi as a side dish". Absolutely bullshit. My first two visits, I was always served Kimchi. She claimed that the two servers who served me in the past were mistaken and that they do not serve Kimchi unless you pay for it. Horrible experience. Every subsequent visit, their food standards dropped even more. I am never coming back to this place again. P.s, on my most recent trip, there were 4 of us and we ordered over 5 main dishes but were only served 3 miserable horribly small and tasting side dishes ( Kimchi was not one of them). What a sham. Prices were not cheap either.

As much as people say their food is good, I would say its fairly ok. But most certainly their service sucks. It was just my friend and I that came and so we were seated right away which was good since they werent that busy. We waited 10 minutes for our water to be served while the 2 tables next to us that came after us already got their water already. I didnt see a reason why the other 2 parties (2 on each table) had their water and asked for their order first when we clearly arrived before them. The waiter was nice enough to apologize to us and told us they were trying to figure out who was serving us? Well, i figured why i shouldnt rate them too high.
